TopGolf is launching a new menu this spring and in order to display our new items in the best way possible, we needed some new photos. So today, at TopGolf Wood Dale, we started Day 1 of the new menu photo shoot. There were only six shots on the list for today, but don't be fooled into thinking that won't take all day. Here are the steps to creating a great TopGolf photograph:
Step 1) Our master chef, Mark Boyton, and the rest of the TopGolf Wood Dale kitchen meticulously prepare the food.
Step 2) The food is carefully plated and brought out to the food stylist who then addresses every detail to ensure our food is looking it's very best.
Step 3) Once the food it perfected, it's brought over to the photographer and his assistants for lighting.
Step 4) Finally, the photographer is ready to take his first shot. His assistant sits at a nearby computer reviewing each picture and displays it for the rest of the group to see and critique. Shots are taken from every angle and occasional the food stylist will come in to spruce up the plate.
Step 5) After hours of work, the photographer will decide he can do no more and begins the whole process again for the next menu option.
Suffice it to say, it will be a long couple of days at TopGolf Wood Dale. Keep an eye out for the photos on the new menu this spring!
