Removing yourself from the brand

It can often be the most difficult thing to do when you work for a company. I live, eat and dream about ways to improve the brand and enhance the guest experience. The work is very rewarding but my opinion about TopGolf is forever changed. When I walk the tee line at one of our facilities I see all the ways we can improve the fun and make the TopGolf experience more awesome.

For the first time last weekend I had the opportunity to step back and see TopGolf through the eyes of a guest. My daughter Molly's 3rd birthday party was held at TopGolf Wood Dale and the experience is way better then what I was expecting. The ability of the on-site team to adapt to any question we threw at them was amazing and the level of service for both kids and adults was absolutely top notch!

You might ask yourself why would someone host a 3rd birthday party at TopGolf? Well, I did get a nice employee discount which helped, but I knew that the unique experience would be fun for both the kids and the adults. Any parent knows just how tedious a little kid's party can be, constantly having to apologize when your child takes a swing at another kid or making sure they don't eat things off the floor. TopGolf not only gave us the opportunity for those awkward parent moments but also allowed everyone to sit back, have some great food and a little friendly competition. Parents Rejoice!

We had guests from out of town attend the party and were first time TopGolf players. Every single one of them walked in unsure about what to expect and every one of them left saying it was the best kid's birthday they had ever attended.

As a TopGolf Marketing Manager, it is my job to help improve the TopGolf experience. As a first time guest, I am pleased to report that the experience is awesome and I had a blast!
