Why do I need a membership card?

Your membership has a lot of great benefits including FREE use of clubs, exclusive offers throughout the year and the ability to track your scores over time so you can see how you’ve improved. On a technical note, it’s also the means by which you join a game in your bay, as your membership card tells our micro-chipped golf balls which player is hitting so we can track your score.

Can I use my membership at multiple locations?

Is the pricing per person or per bay?

Pricing is per bay. If you’re playing solo, you can play several games in an hour. If six people are playing, it typically takes 1-1.5 hours to play a full game – we recommend starting with one or two hours and then you can easily add time right there in your bay if you’d like to extend (and if you’re playing with friends – it’s easy to split the cost of the additional time between players).

If you have a group of 9 or more, booking a party is a great option. You can submit an online request, and one of our event specialists will review your requirements and provide a party package that accommodates your needs.

Can I make a reservation?

Topgolf is a first-come, first-served venue, and reservations are not needed. However, if you're looking for a way to ensure you'll have a bay in the shortest time possible, you may purchase a VIP Priority Pass at myaccount.topgolf.com when you have an active Topgolf account.* VIP Priority Passes give Members the ability to select a specific date and time, up to seven days in advance, to be added to the top of the bay list.

Please Note: Topgolf AZ (Gilbert and Scottsdale), IL (Naperville), TX (Houston - Katy, Spring and Webster) will be trialing online resrvations, so visit topgolf.com/reservations to book your bay today.

  • Each VIP Priority Pass is $50, good for one redemption and must be made online at myaccount.topgolf.com at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. Please note that there are a limited number of times available for redemption each day, so make sure to check availability as close to seven days in advance as possible.
  • VIP Priority Passes do not include game play. Game play value must be purchased separately.
  • VIP Priority Passes do not guarantee that Members will be provided a bay at the exact time that they selected or arrive on site. If all bays are full when a Member arrives, they will be the next in line to receive a bay when one becomes available. If there are already Members on the wait list using a VIP Priority Pass, each new addition will then get placed directly behind those Members on the wait list.
  • Members must cancel their redemption online at myaccount.topgolf.com up to 15 minutes prior to their selected time. VIP Priority Passes are automatically removed from a Member’s account when the VIP Priority Pass is initially redeemed, so it must be cancelled 15 minutes prior to the selected time in order to get the VIP Priority Pass added back on their membership for future use.
  • Only one VIP Priority Pass may be redeemed per day per Member. VIP Priority Passes may not be redeemed for cash, memberships, or playing value.

Don’t worry! We have clubs in every bay which are FREE for you to use during every visit. Left-handed clubs and junior clubs are available upon request.

Is there only one game to play?

We actually have several games to play! On screen when you arrive in your bay, you can select which game you’d like to play. You can also switch it up between games - click here for descriptions of each.
