HOW DO I ACCESS AVAILABILITY OF PLATINUM RESERVATIONS?
- Find the Topgolf app on your smartphone device and open it. Note: If you do not have the app downloaded to your smartphone device, please download it now.
- Click on "sign in" at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on "Look Up Account".
- Choose either the "Phone Number" tab or the "Email" tab.
- Enter the mobile phone number or email address associated with your Platinum Membership, and tap on "Next" two times.
- Enter the validation code that was sent to your cell phone number or email address and hit "Next".
- All of your existing memberships will pull up and you may click into each membership to see the membership status (Lifetime or Platinum), ensure you choose your Platinum Membership.
- Hit "Continue"
- Under the Plan a Visit tab you can select your location and reserve a Platinum Reservation, if available or Join the Waitlist for same day visits
CAN I ONLY BOOK FOR MY "HOME VENUE" OR CAN I BOOK AT OTHER LOCATIONS AS WELL?
Platinum Reservations are now accessible in the app for all US Topgolf Venues excluding Topgolf El Segundo, Topgolf Las Vegas and Lounge by Topgolf and can be booked by any active Platinum Member regardless of "Home Venue".
WILL THE DESIGNATED INDIVIDUALS ASSIGNED TO MY PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP FOLLOW THE SAME PATH TO BOOK?
Yes, they will log into the app using their specific Membership identifiers (email or mobile number) and not those of the Primary Member.
