ABOUT SMOOTH HOUND SMITH:
Smooth Hound Smith is a foot stompin’ American roots duo comprised of “one-man-band” Zack Smith (guitars/vocals/foot drums/harmonicas/banjo) and Caitlin Doyle (vocals/percussion). Established in 2012, and currently based in East Nashville, TN, they record and perform a varied and unique style of folky, garage-infused rhythm & blues. Using primal foot percussion, complex, fuzzed-out, finger-picked guitar patterns, warbled harmonicas, tasty harmonies and A LOT of tambourine, they are able to create something rugged and visceral -- a modern interpretation of early blues, soul, and rock ‘n’ roll music that harkens back to the traditions of hazy front porch folk songs as well as raucous back-alley juke joints.

ABOUT FORLORN STRANGERS:
Roots-loving, Nashville-based, foot-stomping string quintet Forlorn Strangers is simultaneously innovative and steeped in the tradition of Americana-Folk music. Entertaining comparisons to an “Americana Fleetwood Mac”, Forlorn Strangers are comprised of five unique songwriters whose individual songwriting and performance styles complement one another to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
ABOUT KATIE BUXTON:
Katie Buxton is an indie folk singer/songwriter based in Nashville with influences ranging from Joni Mitchell to Bon Iver and a focus on intentional and socially conscious lyrics. She has shared the stage with artists such as John Paul White of The Civil Wars, #1 writer Natalie Hemby, and Lewis Watson. Katie tours regularly across the U.S., playing venues like The Bluebird Cafe and Exit/In in Nashville, Unify Fest in Santa Fe, and Hotel Cafe in LA. She released her first full-length album “Something Different” in May of 2017.
