Bays will of course still be available for walk-in Guests, and we're always happy to help you book a party for larger groups.

Why do I need a membership card?

Your membership has a lot of great benefits including FREE use of clubs, exclusive offers throughout the year and the ability to track your scores over time so you can see how you’ve improved. On a technical note, it’s also the means by which you join a game in your bay, as your membership card tells our micro-chipped golf balls which player is hitting so we can track your score.

Can I use my membership at multiple locations?

Is the pricing per person or per bay?

Pricing is per bay. If you’re playing solo, you can play several games in an hour. If six people are playing, it typically takes 1-1.5 hours to play a full game – we recommend starting with one or two hours and then you can easily add time right there in your bay if you’d like to extend (and if you’re playing with friends – it’s easy to split the cost of the additional time between players).

Don’t worry! We have clubs in every bay which are FREE for you to use during every visit. Left-handed clubs and junior clubs are available upon request.

Is there only one game to play?

We actually have several games to play! On screen when you arrive in your bay, you can select which game you’d like to play. You can also switch it up between games - click here for descriptions of each.

Where is The Cowan?

The Cowan is located beside Topgolf Nashville. Our state-of-the-art music venue is attached to the Topgolf facility here in Nashville. Entrance to venue is on the ground level to the right of the main stairway.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the show?

Yes. If tickets are not sold out in advance, tickets will be available at our box office located inside the main entrance of The Cowan. Available at door time noted on each event page.

What is your refund policy?

Where do I park?

Topgolf has over 400 free parking spaces and $5 valet parking. However, all spaces are available to both golf and concert guests. We recommend using Lyft to get to and from shows. (Less time parking means more time dancing.)

What is the age limit for shows at The Cowan?

Shows are all ages unless stated in the details for each show. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Do I need an ID? Yes. Your ID will be checked upon entering the concert venue. Must present ID when picking up tickets at will call.

Is golf included in the price of my ticket?

No; golf is not included in the price of a ticket. The cost of your ticket covers what is listed in the description at purchase. But when the show ends, the fun doesn’t stop. We recommend purchasing a Lifetime Membership card in advance so you can head over to our main lobby after to rent a bay.

A dinner menu is available for guests on the balcony for ticketed shows. Tacos and popcorn are for sale on the lower level of the venue; food is subject to availability.

Can I bring my camera into the show?

No cameras with detachable lenses are permitted inside the venue without a media credential or approval from the artist and venue. Cell phone pictures are allowed, but flash photography is not permitted at any time.
