Is the event open to all ages, and how many Guests can I bring?
Yes, the party is open to all ages. Each reservation is good for 1 bay and can accommodate 6 Guests. You must have someone 21 or over in your party.
Do I need to purchase a bay reservation package to come?
Bay reservation packages are required if you’d like to play Topgolf. If you are looking for a fun place to eat and drink with your friends all night, our bar is open to the public and we’d love to have you join us.
Can I book two bays together?
Yes, two VIP bays or two GA bays can be placed together if they are purchased under the same reservation.
Do I need a lifetime membership to come to this event?
No, a membership isn't required to celebrate NYE with us.
What is the attire for the event?
This is your NYE, we're just here to help make it awesome. If that means dressing up, go for it. If you prefer to ring in the new year in casual attire, you can do that here too. Topgolf is an all-weather facility so our bays are covered, heated and you have plenty of space to ditch any extra layers.
How early can I arrive?
The event starts at 9:00pm but doors will open at 8:30pm. You and your party are welcome to come and enjoy the bar and live entertainment once doors are open. The main bar will be open to the public all night at no charge.
Where is my bay going to be?
Bay assignments will be provided upon arrival on NYE. If special needs accommodations are required, please let us know. We love that everyone has their favorite bay but for this event we will not be able to accommodate specific bay requests.
Is the Topgolf closest to me participating?
What is the live entertainment all about?
Every venue will have a live DJ and a midnight firework show. Additional entertainment will vary by venue.
What if there is inclement weather?
We are an all-weather facility with covered and heated bays but the safety of our Guests and Associates is our number one priority. In extreme circumstances, we will communicate closures via text and email.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation requests MUST be submitted 48 hours in advance of the event to receive a full refund. All reservations purchased after cancellation deadline are final; no refunds. Please contact us and include your reservation ID and venue name to request a refund prior to the 7:00pm refund cutoff on 12/29.
