2-Bay Online Booking FAQs
Yes, for 2-bay online packages, the food and beverage minimum is included. It is not incremental to the quoted price. Day of, simply order any F&B from our menu (yes, alcohol too) during your visit to meet the minimum F&B spend listed in the package description while booking. Any unspent value will be added to your final check after your event – so eat, drink, and enjoy!
Yes, if you book 2 bays with game play + food and beverage online or through our sales team, your bays will be side-by-side guaranteed.
Our events team is here to help. Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your venues contact information. Just reach out to us, and we’ll check availability for an additional bay or assist with whatever changes you need. Each bay accommodates up to 6 players (up to 8 people total if 2 are cool with standing room only/not playing).
Absolutely! But not online. Our online packages are 2 hours only and cannot be extended day-of. To book a longer event, Request Info, and our team will reach out to you soon.
While we’d love to say yes, it’s a no on this one. Bay assignments are allocated by taking all groups into account - it’s a complex mapping process. Plus, all our bays are awesome, so it’s not even an issue!
If that will make your experience sweeter, then heck yeah! We require that all cakes be store-bought with clearly-labeled ingredients in case of allergies because we care about the safety and well-being of all our Guests. Please note we cannot store your cake - the only exception is ice cream cake which we can store temporarily in our freezer as long as it is in a covered/sealed container.
We have multiple items on our menu that are vegetarian and/or gluten-free, or that can be modified to be. We do not currently have any vegan specific options on our menu.
Gift cards cannot be applied toward deposits for Events but can be used toward your remaining balance day-of in venue.
2-Bay Package: When paying your deposit, we charge 50% of the game play and food and beverage minimum, excluding taxes. Taxes are charged day-of in full, as they vary depending on the food and beverage you order in-venue.
Kid or Teen Party Package:A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the package plus taxes, 15% service charge, and 5% admin fee will be due (3) business days prior to the event date.
