Can Gift Cards be used for online purchases such as reservations?

Gift Cards may be redeemed online at checkout when reserving 1 bay for U.S. Topgolf locations (2 bay availability at select venues). Please note that gift cards cannot be used toward payment for events or Platinum Memberships.

When will my recipient receive their Gift Card?

Digital: Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date and time you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent at the time of the scheduled delivery date.

Physical: Due to COVID-19, processing and shipping times have been impacted. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Delivery times are then determined by the shipping method selected. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.

Card is issued by and represents an obligation of Topgolf Pro, LLC. Purchase or use of card constitutes acceptance of the following terms. Card cannot be redeemed until activated. Purchases made with the card will be deducted from the balance until it reaches $0.00. Card is redeemable at any Topgolf location in the United States. Not valid at Swing Suite or Toptracer Range locations. It cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Treat card as cash, as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except where required by law. Card has no expiration date and incurs no dormancy fees. Topgolf reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time, as provided at topgolf.com/giftcards.

Cannot be used toward payment for events or Platinum Memberships.

Sales tax will not be added when purchasing a Gift Card. Purchases made with a Gift Card will be taxed including game play credit, food & beverage, retail, lessons and merchandise.

Game Play Bonus Cards are complimentary cards that are redeemable at any Topgolf location in the Unites States for game play only. It is not a cash Gift Card and because it is a promotional card, has the below provisions for use:

For every $50 in Topgolf Gift Cards purchased May 4, 2023 - May 14, 2023, a $15 Game Play Bonus Card was awarded. Valid for use May 15, 2023 - August 31, 2023.
For every $50 in Topgolf Gift Cards purchased Nov. 29, 2022 - Dec. 24, 2022, a $15 Game Play Bonus Card was awarded. Valid for use Dec. 26, 2022 - Mar. 31, 2023.
For every $75 in Topgolf Gift Cards purchased Nov. 10-28, 2022, a $25 Game Play Bonus Card was awarded. Valid for use Nov. 29, 2022 - Mar. 31, 2023.
For every $50 in Topgolf Gift Cards purchased online Aug. 25-28, 2022, a $10 Game Play Bonus Card was awarded. Valid for use Aug. 29, 2022 - Dec. 30, 2022.
