We’ll answer this question with a question—how do YOU play?! At Topgolf, our games and tech mean no two visits are the same. You can invite your regular golf foursome for a fun evening or your family for a party. Just know that our games require you to swing the club and hit the ball into the outfield. 

Prices depend on your venue, so please refer to your venue’s page at topgolf.com/locations for specific details on the price of game play. Keep in mind, our pricing is by the bay per hour, not per person. That makes all the difference.

Zero dollars. Free. Nothing. All our clubs are complimentary to use during game play. We have clubs for men, ladies, left-handers, right-handers, kids, and toddlers for your convenience. Men’s and women’s clubs are already in each bay.

Our bays comfortably accommodate 6 people with a max of 6 playing the game, but up to 8 people can be in a bay. For safety reasons, only one person can be hitting at one time.

Yes! Topgolf is a real, fully functional outdoor driving range. Each bay is covered, with cooling fans in the summer and heated bays in the winter, so you can play comfortably no matter the weather. You hit real golf balls at targets set at various distances, just like a traditional range. Every shot is tracked by Toptracer technology for real-time feedback and scoring, turning your practice session into a points-based game you can play solo or with friends. So it's a genuine driving range experience, just with tech, games, food, and drinks built in.

Is it ever! Each Topgolf venue has a full restaurant and bar with local brews to classic cocktails and a chef-driven menu led by an accomplished Executive Chef. With shareable portions and fresh, high-quality ingredients, you'll find the food and drinks as enjoyable as the games. Once in a bay, our Bayhosts are happy to get all the eats and sips you want while you play.

Topgolf reserves the right not to serve alcohol to any Guest under 21, even if state law allows service in the presence of a parent or guardian.

Topgolf invites everyone to Come Play Around, and we pride ourselves on creating a safe, fun, welcoming place for all. Kids are welcome! 

Anyone under 16 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ at all times. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ after 9:00pm.

If you’re more comfortable playing with your own clubs, we have designated areas within our bays to store them. We will also store your clubs in our club room if we happen to be on a wait so that you can enjoy our venue without lugging them around.

At most of our venues, we have complimentary Xbox, shuffleboard, foosball and games inside or outside on the patio. We also put on kids academies in the spring and summer to help better your child’s game. To enroll in one, check out topgolf.com/families.

We are open every holiday except Thanksgiving and Christmas. So yes, we’re open on Groundhog’s Day and Flag Day.

Yes, we have general parking. And if you don’t want to park your own car, we have valet parking at some venues.

Yes! Topgolf Buford has EV charging stations so you can arrive electrified with no worries.

Unless it’s an extreme weather event, nothing can stop a good time at Topgolf, not even rain or snow. Our venues are all-weather facilities with covered hitting bays that are fitted with fans for the summer and heaters for the winter.

Topgolf is a pet-free venue - this includes dogs, pets, therapy and emotional support or comfort animals. The only exception is for service animals aiding a Guest with a disability.

Technically, we do not have a formal/golf dress code. Fashion is a fun way of expressing yourself, and it wouldn’t be cool of us to hinder that. Just keep in mind, we’re still a public establishment.

As long as you’re wearing shoes, you’re good to play! You can wear golf shoes if you want, but they aren’t required—if you do, no metal spikes please (also, where did you find metal spikes?!).

You absolutely can! Thanks to our Toptracer tech, we’re a great place to work on your game or just play a few games. Thanks to our unmatched vibe, you can also eat, drink, and watch the game too. 

Topgolf is the home of play but not the home of medical professionals. If you have concerns about your ability to play our games, we suggest you speak with your doctor before visiting. But golf and our version of it is pretty low impact!

Yes! You can also ask your Bayhost to get you an ADA hitting mat and tee. Elevators are available in multi-level venues, and our hitting bays are large enough to allow you to play in a wheelchair comfortably.

We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the building or on the teeline.

Only small flash photography cameras, point-and-shoot cameras, and cell phones will be allowed for filming at our venues, but no professional lenses or lenses over 3" are permitted. A gimble to stabilize the phone/camera is fine. No drones or audio recorders allowed.

If a professional filming crew or a bigger camera(s) is being brought into the venue, please send your filming request to press@topgolf.com a minimum of five business days in advanced for review.

NOTE: We do not allow drones or GoPros attached to any Topgolf property.

Topgolf does not allow weapons of any kind, including the concealed carry of guns, in any venue. You’ll find state-specific signage near the front entry door.

For those who like to plan ahead, we sure do! You can reserve a bay (for 1-6 people) or two bays (for 7-12 people) up to 14 days in advance at Topgolf Buford. You can also book an Event for two or more bays (7+ people), inclusive of game play and food and beverage, several weeks in advance. Feeling spontaneous? Walk-in Guests are always welcome, so come on in. That said, we highly recommend booking in advance if you need two or more bays to guarantee they'll be side-by-side for maximum fun. Nope! Walk-in Guests are always welcome, so come on in. That said, if visiting with 7+ people, we highly recommend booking in advance as getting 2 bays side-by-side is very difficult to accommodate for walk-in's - especially during peak times. Or you can join the waitlist for Topgolf Buford from anywhere on the day of your visit -- exclusively through the Topgolf App.

Our team is unable to take reservations over the phone. BUT we’ve made reserving a bay much simpler than talking to a human being. Our online booking tool lets you check availability and reserve any open time slot in just a few clicks.

Feel like playing a little longer? You can extend your time as long as your bay isn’t reserved right after you. Just keep an eye out for a prompt on the game panel with the option to extend. Please note that 2+ bay events can’t be extended.

Our 1 and 2 bay reservations include 2 hours of game play in a hitting bay that will be ready for you at your reserved time. Food & beverage and Topgolf Accounts are not included in these packages.

Our Event packages are available for groups of 7 or more and include 2+ bays, 2 or more hours of game play, food & beverage and Free Topgolf Accounts for your group. Our Events team can customize packages for groups of 7 or more (2 bays minimum).

Reserve 1 or 2 Bays + Game Play: You can reserve a bay (for 1-6 people) or two bays (for 7-12 people) up to 14 days in advance. Initial allotment of reservation time slots become available at 6 a.m. local time 14 days out, so don't be alarmed if you check at midnight and don't see any availability yet! Set that alarm if you're anxious and be the first to snag a bay. Note: Reservations must be booked at least 3 hours prior to arrival.

We only allocate a portion of our bays to 1 and 2 bay Reservations, and all reservation bay availability is published online. If showing sold out online, unfortunately that means no additional reservations are currently available on that date/time. Check back as additional reservations may become available closer to your desired visit date. Walk-in's are always welcome though, so come on in!

1 or 2 Bay Reservation: You can! Gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout when reserving 1 or 2 bays at Topgolf Buford.

2+ Bay Events: Gift cards cannot be used towards payments for events.

Each coupon or discount will specify which products it applies to, so be sure to check the terms before redeeming.

For Reservations: Coupons must be applied at the time of booking through the Topgolf app or website and cannot be applied at the bay.

For Walk-In Visits: Coupons can be applied on the bay screen during sign-in.

For Qualifying Discounts (Military Heroes, Healthcare Workers, Teachers, etc.): Let your bay host know and have a valid ID ready. Your discount will be applied to your remaining balance on the day of your visit. Please note these discounts cannot be applied at the time of reservation purchase.

For Events: Coupons and discounts can only be used for events where the terms explicitly state they are eligible. The redemption method will be outlined in those terms.

1 or 2 Bay Reservation: While bonus game play value cannot be applied to your online deposit, we can apply it to your remaining balance day-of. On the game panel in your bay, select “Apply Game Value” on the Bill Summary screen before you start playing to apply game value to your remaining game play balance. Should you miss this opportunity, notify your bay host during your visit that you have game play value on your membership you'd like to use. A manager will manually deduct the desired amount from your membership's game play balance and apply it toward your remaining reservation balance due in venue day-of.

2+ Bay Events: Game play value cannot be applied toward events.

If that will make your experience sweeter, then heck yeah! We require that all cakes be store-bought with clearly-labeled ingredients in case of allergies because we care about the safety and well-being of all our Guests. Please note we cannot store your cake - the only exception is ice cream cake which we can store temporarily in our freezer as long as it is in a covered/sealed container.

We love getting to celebrate with you! Balloons and streamers are allowed in the venues to make your day extra special.

Please keep in mind, we reserve the right to rearrange or remove decorations that are deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

We will be holding the bay for you at your scheduled time, so your game time will start at the start time of your booking. For example, if you book a bay for 2pm-4pm, your time will start at 2pm. We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes prior to your booking to check-in, so we can take you to your bay right on schedule and you can maximize your fun.

Your game play will start at the time you've reserved, so please give yourself some buffer time for travel and plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you receive your full game play time. If you are late, game time will be deducted accordingly without refund, as we are holding the bay for you. Please note that you must be present in bay no later than 15 minutes after your booking start time or Topgolf reserves the right to release your bay.

1 and 2 bay Reservations (game play only packages)

You can cancel by clicking the "cancel booking" link in your confirmation email. A full refund of your deposit will be provided if cancelled at least 2 hours prior to your start time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior will not be refunded - the deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited.

If you cancelled more than 2 hours prior to your reservation and you used a credit/debit card to pay for your deposit, your refund will be appear on the statement of your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If you used a Topgolf Gift Card, the amount paid via your Gift Card will not be added back to the original Gift Card. A new Topgolf eGift Card will be sent to the email address of the purchaser on file, within 5-7 business days, for the amount refunded. Please note, the new eGift Card will come from the sender “CashStar”, not from Topgolf.

2+ Bay Events (package you booked includes game play and Food & Beverage)

Please reference your event agreement for our cancellation policy and contact your event sales representative to cancel.

1 and 2 bay Reservations (game play only packages): can be updated anytime by clicking the “Manage Reservation” link found in your confirmation email. From there, you’ll be able to adjust your reservation date and time, change the duration, or update the number of players/bays. Edits can be made up to one hour before your reservation begins. Please note that PlayMore and Platinum reservations can only be managed through the Topgolf App. Also, if your original booking included a coupon, it won’t carry over when you make changes to the reservation.

2 bay Event (package you booked includes game play and Food & Beverage): Please contact our events team at (470) 822-1701. Please note: our events team does not have the ability to modify or cancel 1 or 2 bay reservations (game play only bookings), so please contact our Guest Care Team at (470) 822-1711 for inquiries surrounding those.

No. There are no fees associated with Topgolf Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card and shipping. eGift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.

Digital: Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date and time you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent at the time of the scheduled delivery date.

Physical: Due to COVID-19, processing and shipping times have been impacted. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Delivery times are then determined by the shipping method selected. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.

We do not permit outside food or beverage to be brought in due to health and safety practices. The only exception is for store bought cakes for birthdays or other celebrations.

Our Topgolf Account is $6 plus tax, and it allows you to play at any Topgolf venue in the United States. Yes, everyone needs an account to play at Topgolf.

If you are new to Topgolf: A Topgolf Account is a one-time fee of $6 plus tax. It allows you to play at any Topgolf venue in the United States.

If you have been to a Topgolf venue before: When you get to the bay, type in your phone number/email (or swipe your Membership Card at select venues) at the game panel to pull up your Membership.

Please note: Topgolf Accounts are included for all Players at no charge if you have purchased a 2-Bay Package or a 3+ Bay Event.

As a Topgolf Gold or Silver Member (excluding Practice Pass), you can make one reservation per day through the Topgolf App, up to 14 days in advance, subject to availability. You can also book multiple reservations across multiple days to plan ahead. Reservations must be booked through the Topgolf App to redeem the free game play benefit; the free game play benefit cannot be redeemed for reservations made on topgolf.com.

Planning last minute? All Topgolf Members can redeem their free game play benefit by walking in and can also join the waitlist through the Topgolf App before heading in.

Gold Members have the ability to “jump ahead' of the waitlist when walking into the venue for your visit.

Topgolf Membership Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Topgolf Membership at any time and for any reason by either:

1. Visiting the “Memberships” tab in the Topgolf App, clicking “Manage Membership”, then selecting “Cancel”; or
2. Emailing Topgolf Member Services at memberservices@topgolf.com

You must cancel your Topgolf Membership at least seventy-two (72) hours before the start of your next Subscription Period to avoid being charged for the next Subscription Period.

You can manage everything about your Topgolf Membership from the Topgolf App. Log in and go to the Accounts tab, then select Manage Memberships. From there you can also update your payment method by entering new credit card information.

After your initial purchase, you’ll generally be charged each month on or about the day before the date you purchased your Topgolf Membership. For example, if you purchased your Topgolf Membership on the 10th, you’ll generally be charged on the 9th of each month.

Your payment date may vary from month to month. This may happen if payment doesn't go through or if you purchased your Topgolf Membership on a day not contained in a given month. For example, if you joined on the 1st, you may be charged on the 30th or 31st, depending on the month.

Taxes are not included in the amounts displayed. Any applicable taxes, including sales tax, will be added at checkout based on your billing address.

No, your Topgolf Membership and its benefits are non-transferable. Benefits are tied to the listed Member, who must be present during all visits.

Your free game play is intended to be used once a day, for up to 90 or 120 minutes depending on your membership category - it can't be split across multiple visits in one day. You can view your specific game play hours at topgolf.com/memberships by selecting your home venue and viewing your membership benefits.

Your Topgolf Membership is just for you. It's not transferable and can't be shared. But as a Topgolf Member you can bring up to five guests every single visit, as long as you're present. It's the perfect way to share the perks.

Your Topgolf Membership benefits will automatically renew every month - no action needed on your part.

No, pricing is subject to change, and Topgolf reserves the right to revise Topgolf Membership rates at any time. If any updates occur, you'll receive advance notice before changes take effect. If you do not wish to continue your Topgolf Membership at the new fee amount, you must cancel your Topgolf Membership as described in the Topgolf Membership Cancellation Policy.

No problem, just log into the Topgolf App using your phone number and we will send you a secure code via text to verify your identity. If that doesn't work, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to access your account.

You can use a Topgolf Gift Card only for your initial purchase a Topgolf Membership. Just note that you'll still need to add a debit or credit card that will be charged for ongoing monthly Topgolf Membership fees.

Originally called "Target Oriented Practice Golf," the founders of Topgolf used proprietary radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology and dartboard-style targets to answer this question, and the first Topgolf venue was created in Watford in the United Kingdom in 2000.

Over the next 20+ years, Topgolf would become a movement opening new venues, constantly innovating to improve the guest experience, and expanding experiential platforms to create a global community.

You can play one of our many golf games, enjoy some of our tasty handcrafted foods, watch the game in our bar area, shop for cool merch—you get the point! Your Topgolf experience is truly up to you, and we have plenty to keep you busy. 

Topgolf is both outside and inside, but you’ll never be exposed to the elements. Each of our hitting bays is covered, offers overhead heating, and good protection from weather of all kinds. You can Come Play Around in nearly any hot, cold, wet, or snowy condition. It’s up to you.
