How often will I be billed? If you have purchased monthly, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership will be billed monthly – or you can pre-pay for six or twelve months if you’d rather lock in the fun upfront.
What day of the month will I be billed? After the month of your initial Topgolf PlayMore Membership purchase, your billing date generally occurs one day before your membership renewal date. For example, if you join on the 15th, your membership will renew on the 15th and be billed on the 14th each month. Your billing date may vary. For example, if you joined on the 1st, you may be billed on the 30th or 31st, depending on the month.
Does the monthly subscription Topgolf PlayMore Membership cost include taxes? No taxes are not included in our monthly, or prepurchase membership options. Applicable taxes, including sales tax, will be added at checkout based on your billing address.
Can I apply my free hour of game play to a reservation for next month before my renewal? You can book ahead anytime, but to use your free hour of game play benefit the reservation must be made on or after your renewal date. This ensures your benefit is active and eligible for use.
What if I have a reservation booked with my free hour of game play and I cancel my Topgolf PlayMore Membership before that date? No worries, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership remains active through the end of your current billing cycle. If your reservation date falls before your membership expires, your free hour of game play will still be honored.
How do I manage my account? You can manage everything about your Topgolf PlayMore Membership right from the Topgolf App. Log in and navigate to the Memberships tab and select Manage Memberships.
What if I forget my login? No problem, just log into the app using your phone number and we will send you a secure code via text to verify your identity. If that doesn’t work, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your account.

9. How do I cancel my Topgolf PlayMore Membership? If you’d like to cancel your Topgolf PlayMore Membership before your next renewal, you can submit a cancellation request through the Topgolf App. Navigate to the Memberships tab, select Manage Memberships and select Cancel Membership. Alternatively, you can cancel by calling our Member Services team at 1-866-853-9020.
What happens if I cancel my monthly Topgolf PlayMore Membership within the three-month minimum term? You can cancel at any time, but your monthly Topgolf PlayMore Membership will remain active and you’ll continue to be charged monthly on your renewal date until the three-month minimum term is complete.
If I decide to cancel my Topgolf PlayMore Membership, when should I do it to avoid being charged again? To avoid being charged for another month, cancel at least three five business days before your renewal date. If you do not timely cancel your Topgolf PlayMore Membership, a refund will not be issued, but you’ll retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current term.
Is the Topgolf PlayMore Membership transferable? No, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership and its benefits are non-transferable.
Can I gift a Topgolf PlayMore Membership? Not at this time. Topgolf PlayMore Memberships must be purchased and verified by the individual user, so gifting is not currently supported.
Can I pre-pay for more than a month at a time? Yes! The Topgolf PayMore Membership includes a six-month and twelve-month prepay purchase option
Can I buy more than one Topgolf PlayMore Membership to receive multiple free hours each month? No, Topgolf PlayMore Memberships are limited to one per person and benefits (including the free hour of game play) cannot be stacked. If a family member would also like to be a Topgolf PlayMore Member, they must purchase their own Topgolf PlayMore Membership. However, only one set of benefits can be applied per bay at a time.
Can I combine a promotional offer with my Topgolf PlayMore Membership benefits? No, Topgolf PlayMore Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Additional discounts do not apply when using membership benefits.
What happens after I meet the three-month minimum term? Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership will simply continue month-to-month, with no action required on your part. You’ll keep enjoying your Topgolf PlayMore Member benefits, and you will automatically be billed each month.
How can I make changes to my payment method on file? Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership can be managed in the Topgolf App. To change your payment method, navigate to the Memberships tab, select Manage Memberships and update your credit card information.
Can I pay with a Topgolf Gift Card? No, gift cards cannot be used to pay for Topgolf PlayMore Memberships. A valid credit card must be on file to process the monthly payment.

Is the Topgolf PlayMore Membership refundable? No, the Topgolf PlayMore Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable and credits and refunds are not issued once payment is processed.
Is the monthly price I signed up for locked in until I cancel? No, pricing is subject to change, and Topgolf reserves the right to revise Topgolf PlayMore Membership rates and benefits at any time. If any updates occur, you’ll receive advanced notice before changes take effect.
