General FAQs

What is Topgolf?

In short, we’re a sports entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding food and beverage menu, climate-controlled hitting bays and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door.

What health and safety measures are you implementing?

At Topgolf, safety has been and remains our #1 priority. We are committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming and fun environment to keep our Guests and Associates healthy and safe.

Facemask Requirements
Since introducing our Commitment to Play Safely, we’ve followed guidance from the CDC and remained in compliance with any state and local government mandates – and we’ll continue to do that now and moving forward. With this in mind, Topgolf no longer requires Guests or fully vaccinated Topgolf Associates to wear a mask in our venues, except where required by state or local laws or regulations.

Highest Standard of Cleanliness
The entire venue is cleaned throughout the day and all common areas are regularly disinfected. Golf clubs, golf balls, game screens and other frequently touched bay surfaces will be disinfected between each group.

Associate Health and Safety
We require our Associates to complete a wellness check prior to starting to work. Additionally, all Associates must follow frequent handwashing protocols, per CDC guidelines.

What makes Topgolf so high-tech?

Our patented technology allows you to track your golf ball and accurately score each shot based on the target it enters. Which also means we can’t get into the details of how it actually works.

Topgolf venues are also adding Toptracer technology, allowing you to see a real-time trace of your ball's flight path as well as insights into speed, distance, angle and accuracy. Are you open on (insert holiday)?

We are open every holiday except Thanksgiving and Christmas. So yes, we’re open on Groundhog’s Day and Flag Day.

How much does it cost?

Prices depend on your venue, so please refer to your venue’s page at topgolf.com/locations for specific details on the price of game play. Keep in mind, our pricing is by the bay per hour, not per person. That makes all the difference.

How many people can play at once?

Up to 6 players can be in a bay and play. For safety reasons, only one person can be hitting at one time.

Are there any age restrictions?

Anyone under 16 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ at all times. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ after 9:00pm.

What are your rules?

At Topgolf, everyone's well-being is very important. We are committed to providing an excellent experience in a welcoming and inclusive environment so we can have fun together. Combining a few laughs, great food, and hours of Topgolf can create some epic memories. So for all parties involved, and we do mean parties, please follow our code of conduct:

  • We are committed to providing a positive experience for all our Guests and
    we do not tolerate any acts of racism, violence or discrimination
  • Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions. Use common sense to protect yourself and others.
  • All players must hit from the mat at all times. No running starts (we all loved that movie too).
  • Only the person hitting a ball should stand beyond the red line. All other players should stand behind the red line at all times. Players are responsible for the safety of others around them and should always check their surroundings before swinging a club.
  • Aim for the targets at all times - how else are you going to score? Hitting golf balls over the boundary netting is prohibited, and all players are responsible for damages or injuries caused by any balls hit outside of the premises. (Topgolf balls report back to us when they’ve lost their way outside our nets…)
  • Throwing golf balls is prohibited.
  • Players must stay behind the yellow line at all times. Please take extra care when playing from upstairs bays.
  • Any Guest under 16, or under 18 after 9pm, must always be supervised by a Guest over 21.
  • Topgolf is a smoke-free environment. This policy encompasses all forms of smoking; therefore e-cigarettes, pipes, hookahs, and chewing tobacco are not permitted on the premises.
  • Topgolf is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do you allow pets or service animals?

Topgolf is a pet-free venue - this includes pets, therapy and emotional support or comfort animals. The only exception is for service animals aiding a Guest with a disability.

Gift Cards

Where can I buy Topgolf Gift Cards?

Topgolf gift cards can be purchased online at topgolf.com/giftcards or at any of our venues. Whether you want to send a traditional gift card through the mail or a digital card instantly, we’ve got you covered.

Are there any fees?

No. There are no fees associated with Topgolf Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card and shipping. eGift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.

When will my recipient receive their Gift Card?

Digital: Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date. Please see the "eGift Cards" section below for more about eGift Cards.

Physical: Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selection. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.

What can I purchase with my Topgolf Gift Card?

Topgolf Gift Cards are redeemable at Topgolf Centennial on game play, online reservations, food and drinks, Lifetime Memberships, lessons, and gear in our lobby. Gift cards cannot be applied toward deposits for events but can be used toward your remaining balance day-of.

Can I purchase a Gift Card if I live outside the US?

International purchases for Gift Cards can be processed using the PayPal payment option for eGift Cards or physical Gift Cards delivered to a US address.

Bay Reservations and Events

Do you take reservations?

For those who like to plan ahead, we sure do! You can reserve a bay (for 1-6 people), or two bays (for 7-12 people), inclusive of 2 hours of game play, up to 14 days in advance at Topgolf Centennial. You can also book an Event for two or more bays (7+ people), inclusive of game play and food & beverage several weeks in advance. Click below to start planning, check availability and view pricing.

Feeling spontaneous? Walk-in Guests are always welcome, so come on in. That said, we highly recommend booking in advance if you need two or more bays to guarantee they'll be side-by-side for maximum fun.

Are reservations required?

Nope! Walk-in Guests are always welcome, so come on in. That said, if visiting with 7+ people, we highly recommend booking in advance as getting 2 bays side-by-side is very difficult to accommodate for walk-in's - especially during peak times. Just something to keep in mind!

Can I reserve a bay over the phone?

Our team is unable to take reservations over the phone. BUT we’ve made reserving a bay much simpler than talking to a human being. Our online booking tool lets you check availability and reserve any open time slot in just a few clicks.

What is the difference between reservations and an event?

Our 1 and 2 bay reservations include 2 hours of game play in a hitting bay that will be ready for you at your reserved time. Food & beverage and Lifetime Memberships are not included in these packages.

Our Event packages are available for groups of 7 or more and include 2+ bays, 2 or more hours of game play, food & beverage and Free Lifetime Memberships for your group. Our Events team can customize packages for groups of 7 or more (2 bays minimum).

How far in advance can I book?

Reserve 1 or 2 Bays + Game Play: Up to 14 days in advance. Time slots become available at 6 a.m. local time 14 days out, so don't be alarmed if you check at midnight and don't see any availability yet! Set that alarm if you're anxious and be the first to snag a bay. Note: Reservations must be booked at least 3 hours prior to arrival.

Book an Event for 2+ Bays + Game Play + Food & Beverage: You can book a day, weeks or even months in advance!

Reservations are sold out online - can I still make one?

We only allocate a portion of our bays to 1 and 2 bay Reservations, and all reservation bay availability is published online. If showing sold out online, unfortunately that means no additional reservations are available on that date/time. Walk-in's are always welcome though, so come on in!

Pro tip: reservations become available at 6 a.m. local time 14 days out, so don't be alarmed if you check at midnight and don't see any availability yet! Set that alarm if you're anxious and be the first to snag a bay. Also note, if a guest with a reservation cancels, that reservation bay is added back into online inventory and becomes available for a new guest to snag.

Can I use a Gift Card to pay for my reservation or event?

1 or 2 Bay Reservation: You can! Gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout when reserving 1 or 2 bays at Topgolf Centennial.

2+ Bay Events: Gift cards cannot be applied toward deposits for events, but can be used toward your remaining balance day-of.

Can I apply a game play coupon or % discount to my reservation or event?

1 or 2 Bay Reservation

Coupon: While game play coupons cannot be applied at checkout when you book your bay(s), we will honor a valid game play coupon day-of on your remaining balance. Please bring your coupon with you and present it to your bay host before you close out your check.

% Discounts: If you qualify for a Topgolf discount (e.g., Heroes, Healthcare Workers or Teacher's Discount), please tell your bay host and show a valid form of I.D., and we will apply the full discount to your remaining balance day-of.


Coupons: Coupons cannot be applied toward events.

% Discounts: If you qualify for our Heroes, Healthcare Workers or Teacher's Discount, please tell our event sales team at the time of booking to receive your 10% discount on event game play and/or room rental.

I have game play value on my membership card. Can I use it to pay for my reservation or event?

1 or 2 Bay Reservation: While bonus game play value cannot be applied at checkout when booking your bay(s), we can honor it day-of. Notify your bay host during your visit that you game play dollars on your membership you'd like to use toward your visit. A manager will manually deduct the desired amount from your membership's game play balance and apply it toward your remaining reservation balance due in venue day-of. If additional game play balance remains on your membership, a manager can apply it toward your pre-paid deposit, and issue a full or partial refund to your original method of payment.

2+ Bay Events: Game play value cannot be applied toward events.

I need to plan an event. Can you help me?

Every morning our Event Sales Associates wake up and can't wait to help you put on an awesome event. Events at Topgolf start with a minimum of 7 people (2+ bays), so if that's what you're looking for, head over to topgolf.com/events to start planning your epic outing.

What do you do for birthdays?

We’ll do whatever you want to make that day even more special. Whether you want a big party or a small gathering, it’s your day and we’re here to help. To get the ball rolling, head over to topgolf.com/events.

Can I bring a cake?

If that will make your experience sweeter, then heck yeah! We require that all cakes be store-bought with clearly-labeled ingredients in case of allergies because we care about the safety and well-being of all our Guests. Please note we cannot store your cake - the only exception is ice cream cake which we can store temporarily in our freezer as long as it is in a covered/sealed container.

Already Booked a Bay

When does my game time start if I pre-book?

We will be holding the bay for you at your scheduled time, so your game time will start at the start time of your booking. For example, if you book a bay for 2pm-4pm, your time will start at 2pm. We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes prior to your booking to check-in, so we can take you to your bay right on schedule and you can maximize your fun.

If I’m running late, how long will you hold my bay before releasing it?

We will hold your bay for 15 minutes before releasing it. But please note, your time will begin at your selected start time, so if arriving 15 minutes late, you’d have 1 hour and 45 minutes remaining to play. This is to ensure the next booking in the bay after you does not have a delayed start. We encourage you to leave early to ensure an on-time start. We want you and your group to have the maximum opportunity for fun!

Can I extend my game play time if I book ahead?

No, game time cannot be extended for Reservations or Events as the bay needs to be made available for the booking that follows yours. We want to ensure you get to your bay right on time, and that the group coming in after you does as well. All Reservations and Events that are bookable online include 2 hours of game play. If you have 6 or less people and want the ultimate flexibility to decide in the moment how long you want to play for, we do hold a portion of our bays for walk-in guests so you’re more than welcome to come on in and play until your heart desires. If you want to play more than two hours and have 7 or more people in your group (2+ bays), our events team can set up the event for you with the amount of game time you desire in advance – you can call them at (720) 616-6731 to do just that!

How do I cancel my reservation or event?

1 and 2 bay Reservations (game play only packages)

You can cancel by clicking the "cancel booking" link in your confirmation email. A full refund of your deposit will be provided if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be refunded - the 50% deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited. to speak with a representative.

If you cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your reservation and you used a credit/debit card to pay for your deposit, your refund will be appear on the statement of your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If you used a Topgolf Gift Card, the amount paid via your Gift Card will not be added back to the original Gift Card. A new Topgolf eGift Card will be sent to the email address of the purchaser on file, within 5-7 business days, for the amount refunded. Please note, the new eGift Card will come from the sender “CashStar”, not from Topgolf.

2+ Bay Events (package you booked includes game play and Food & Beverage)

Please reference your event agreement for our cancellation policy and contact your event sales representative to cancel.

Can I modify my booking?

1 and 2 bay Reservations (game play only packages): cannot be modified, unfortunately. It's a limitation of our booking system (we're working on it!) If you need to change the time or date, or # of bays, please first book a new reservation at your preferred time/date, and then cancel your original reservation. Just be sure to do this more than 24 hours prior to your original booking so you can cancel via the link in your confirmation email for a full refund.

2 bay Event (package you booked includes game play and Food & Beverage): Please contact our events team at (720) 616-6731. Please note: our events team does not have the ability to modify or cancel 1 or 2 bay reservations (game play only bookings), so please contact our Guest Care Team at (720) 880-3151 for inquiries surrounding those.

I never received my confirmation email!

Food & Beverage

Do you have a contactless menu option?

All Topgolf locations have a contactless menu option available to view our full food & beverage menu. Just scan the QR code at the table/bay with your mobile device. You can also access the menu by visiting topgolf.com/menu.

Do you have any vegetarian options?

Yes, several items on our menu are vegetarian or can be modified to be vegetarian:

  • Vegetarian: Cheesy Macaroni Bites, Warm Pretzel Bites, Guac & Chips, Craft Beer Queso, Signature Nachos – Bean, Harvest Hummus, Margherita Flatbread, French Fries, Tater Tots, Injectable Donut Holes, Double Trouble Cookie Skillet, Cookie Crumble Sundae and Kids Grilled Cheese
  • Sub a Veggie Patty on any of our burgers

Do you have any gluten-friendly options?

The below items can be modified to be gluten-friendly:

  • Pepperoni Flatbread > Sub a Gluten-Friendly Crust for $2
  • Margherita Flatbread > Sub a Gluten-Friendly Crust for $2
  • Harvest Hummus > Gluten-Friendly Without Naan Bread
  • Turkey Avocado Wrap > Available as a Gluten-Friendly Salad

Do you have any vegan options?

We do not currently have any vegan specific options on our menu.

Can I bring in my own food?

We do not permit outside food or beverage to be brought in due to health and safety practices. The only exception is for store-bought cakes with clearly-labeled ingredients for birthdays or other celebrations. Please note we cannot store your cake - the only exception is ice cream cake which we can store temporarily in our freezer as long as it is in a covered/sealed container.

Why has your menu changed?

Our current menu has been tailored to ensure the safest and best possible guest experience during this time. As soon as anything new or a favorite item is added back to our menus, we will let our guests know! Allergens and gluten notice

Important Notice: Products containing allergens and gluten are stored in this kitchen. Please be aware that there may be a chance of cross-contact so we cannot guarantee these products for those with a food allergy or celiac disease. Guests are advised to consider this information as it relates to their individual dietary needs and requirements. Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.


What is the purpose of a membership?

Our Lifetime membership is $5 plus tax, and it allows you to play at any Topgolf venue in the United States. When you get to the bay, just type in your phone number/email (or swipe your Membership Card at select venues) at the game panel and our technology will track your score by name and store them in the Topgolf App. Additional membership types are available, learn more here.

What is a Platinum membership?

A Platinum Membership includes unlimited play for up to six players during platinum hours and priority access to jump to the top of the wait list at any time at Topgolf -- even during our most popular times. See all Platinum membership perks here.


How much does it cost to rent clubs?

Zero dollars. Free. Nothing. All our clubs are complimentary to use during game play. We have clubs for men, ladies, left-handers, right-handers, kids, and toddlers for your convenience. Men’s and women’s clubs are already in each bay.

Can I bring my own clubs?

If you’re more comfortable playing with your own clubs, we have designated areas within our bays to store them. We will also store your clubs in our club room if we happen to be on a wait so that you can enjoy our venue without lugging them around.


Do you close due to weather?

Unless it’s an extreme weather event, nothing can stop a good time at Topgolf, not even rain or snow. Our venues are all-weather facilities with covered hitting bays that are fitted with fans for the summer and heaters for the winter.

Do you guys serve alcohol and food?

Do we ever! Each Topgolf venue has a full bar with local brews to classic cocktails and a chef-driven menu led by an accomplished Executive Chef. With shareable portions and fresh, high-quality ingredients, you'll find the food and drinks as enjoyable as the games. Once in a bay, our Bay Hosts are happy to get all the eats and sips you want while you play.

Topgolf reserves the right not to serve alcohol to any Guest under 21, even if state law allows service in the presence of a parent or guardian.

Do you guys have an area for kids?

At most of our venues, we have complimentary Xbox, shuffleboard, foosball and games on the terrace. KidZone is not an actual area within the venue but a club that puts on academies in the spring, summer and fall to help better your child’s game. To enroll in one, check out topgolf.com/kidzone.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have general parking. And if you don’t want to park your own car, we have valet parking at some venues. And if you don’t want to drive your own car to Topgolf, get a ride with our partner Lyft. We’ve got you covered no matter how you want to get here.
