Can I join the waitlist before I arrive?

At Topgolf Huntsville, you sure can! We’re piloting this new feature at a few select venues, and Topgolf Huntsville is one of them.

How do I join the waitlist?

Exclusively through our Topgolf App! To add yourself to the current waitlist for a bay at Topgolf Huntsville, download the Topgolf App, log in with your membership details or create a new membership, and tap to join the current waitlist before you arrive at the venue.

It’s not allowing me to join - what’s going on?

If you’ve selected Topgolf Huntsville but are unable to join, it’s probably because:

  • We’re not open yet
  • We’ll be closed before you’d get a bay (sorry, there’s always tomorrow!)
  • We’re on a 3+ hour wait
  • We’re on less than a 30-minute wait, and you’re further away than that (you can join the waitlist when you’re just a little bit closer)
  • Venue is closed for a private event
  • The venue selected in-app isn’t participating (we aren’t piloting this thing everywhere)
Can I join the waitlist for multiple bays?

Nope, single bays only. And if you and a friend each join the waitlist to get two bays, please don’t ask our Associates for them to be side-by-side. We hate saying no, but accommodating would throw off the whole algorithm, ya know?

If you want two bays side-by-side, visit topgolf.com/plan to book ahead.

What should I do if I can’t come anymore?

Let us know, please! Open the Topgolf App, tap “Visits”, tap “You’re on the Waitlist”, then tap “Remove from Waitlist” and confirm your selection. Quick, painless, and we won’t hold it against you.

What is the “Arrive by Time” and do I need to check in at the front desk upon arrival?

No need to check in. If the app shows you’re On the Waitlist, you’re on it. Hang out at the bar or our other common areas and our team will text you approximately 15 minutes before your bay is ready.

The Join the Waitlist feature saves time waiting at the venue but doesn’t eliminate it. Please arrive by the “Arrive by Time” listed in-app, as it represents the earliest time we anticipate your bay being ready. If you’re not here in time, you may be removed from the waitlist. Please don’t make us do that!

Can I indicate bay preferences when joining the waitlist remotely?

Nope, sorry. We can’t accommodate bay preferences for floor, seating type, or adjoining bays for Guests who join the waitlist remote. Our algorithm is calculated based on bays being assigned as first available, so accommodating preferences would have a domino effect on estimated wait times we quoted other Guests, hindering our ability to offer this fab new feature to join the list from home. Let’s not hinder that ability. Besides, all our bays are awesome!
