Important Legal Stuff:
Fantasy Football Draft Party packages at Topgolf Las Vegas (4627 Koval Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89109) are private event-space and bay reservations for groups, restricted to guests 21 and older with valid government-issued photo ID. A signed event agreement and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required to confirm a reservation, and each Package carries a required food and beverage minimum (exclusive of taxes, service charges, and gratuities); if actual spend falls below the minimum, the difference will be charged. Capacity, player counts, duration, space and bay assignments, and amenities are as stated in the applicable Package materials and subject to availability and comparable substitution at Topgolf’s discretion; golf is included only where expressly stated. Packages are a hospitality and event-space offering and do not include, and are not sold as admission to, any live sports broadcast, screening, or televised event; any programming shown at the Venue is part of Topgolf’s ordinary operations and incidental to the Package, and loss or interruption of programming does not entitle any guest to a refund or credit.
