How do I cancel my Topgolf Membership?
Topgolf Membership Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Topgolf Membership at any time and for any reason by either:
- Visiting the “Memberships” tab in the Topgolf App, clicking “Manage Membership”, then selecting “Cancel”; or
- Emailing Topgolf Member Services at memberservices@topgolf.com
You must cancel your Topgolf Membership at least seventy-two (72) hours before the start of your next Subscription Period to avoid being charged for the next Subscription Period.
How do I manage my account?
You can manage everything about your Topgolf Membership from the Topgolf App. Log in and go to the Accounts tab, then select Manage Memberships. From there you can also update your payment method by entering new credit card information.
How does my free game play work?
Your free game play is intended to be used once a day, for up to 90 or 120 minutes depending on your membership category - it can't be split across multiple visits in one day. You can view your specific game play hours at topgolf.com/memberships by selecting your home venue and viewing your membership benefits.
Are Topgolf Memberships transferable?
No, your Topgolf Membership and its benefits are non-transferable. Benefits are tied to the listed Member, who must be present during all visits.
What is a Topgolf Account?
Our Topgolf Account is $6 plus tax, and it allows you to play at any Topgolf venue in the United States. When you get to the bay, just type in your phone number/email (or swipe your Membership Card at select venues) at the game panel and our technology will track your score by name and store them in the Topgolf App. Additional membership types are available, learn more here.

Does everyone need a Topgolf Account to play?
Yes, everyone needs an account to play at Topgolf.
If you are new to Topgolf: A Topgolf Account is a one-time fee of $6 plus tax. It allows you to play at any Topgolf venue in the United States.
If you have been to a Topgolf venue before: When you get to the bay, type in your phone number/email (or swipe your Membership Card at select venues) at the game panel to pull up your Membership.
Please note: Topgolf Accounts are included for all Players at no charge if you have purchased a 2-Bay Package or a 3+ Bay Event.
How do reservations work?
As a Topgolf Gold or Silver Member (excluding Practice Pass), you can make one reservation per day through the Topgolf App, up to 14 days in advance, subject to availability. You can also book multiple reservations across multiple days to plan ahead. Reservations must be booked through the Topgolf App to redeem the free game play benefit; the free game play benefit cannot be redeemed for reservations made on topgolf.com.
Planning last minute? All Topgolf Members can redeem their free game play benefit by walking in and can also join the waitlist through the Topgolf App before heading in.
How does Priority Waitlist work?
Gold Members have the ability to “jump ahead' of the waitlist when walking into the venue for your visit.
What day of the month will I be charged?
After your initial purchase, you’ll generally be charged each month on or about the day before the date you purchased your Topgolf Membership. For example, if you purchased your Topgolf Membership on the 10th, you’ll generally be charged on the 9th of each month.
Your payment date may vary from month to month. This may happen if payment doesn't go through or if you purchased your Topgolf Membership on a day not contained in a given month. For example, if you joined on the 1st, you may be charged on the 30th or 31st, depending on the month.
Does the monthly Topgolf Membership subscription cost include taxes?
Taxes are not included in the amounts displayed. Any applicable taxes, including sales tax, will be added at checkout based on your billing address.
Can I share my Topgolf Membership with someone else?
Your Topgolf Membership is just for you. It's not transferable and can't be shared. But as a Topgolf Member you can bring up to five guests every single visit, as long as you're present. It's the perfect way to share the perks.
How often do my benefits renew?
Your Topgolf Membership benefits will automatically renew every month - no action needed on your part.
Is the monthly price I signed up for locked in until I cancel?
No, pricing is subject to change, and Topgolf reserves the right to revise Topgolf Membership rates at any time. If any updates occur, you'll receive advance notice before changes take effect. If you do not wish to continue your Topgolf Membership at the new fee amount, you must cancel your Topgolf Membership as described in the Topgolf Membership Cancellation Policy.
What if I forget my login?
No problem, just log into the Topgolf App using your phone number and we will send you a secure code via text to verify your identity. If that doesn't work, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to access your account.
Can I pay with a Topgolf Gift Card?
You can use a Topgolf Gift Card only for your initial purchase a Topgolf Membership. Just note that you'll still need to add a debit or credit card that will be charged for ongoing monthly Topgolf Membership fees.
Where can I download the Topgolf App?
Download the Topgolf App on the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play.
Are Topgolf Memberships refundable?
No, Topgolf Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and credits and refunds are not issued once payment is processed.
Can I combine a promotional offer with my Topgolf Membership benefits?
No, Topgolf Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Additional discounts do not apply when using Topgolf Membership benefits.
Where is Mini Golf available?
Mini golf is available at Topgolf Augusta, Boise, Bryan, Charleston, Dallas, Jacksonville, Mobile, New Braunfels, Richmond, Ridgeland, Vineyard, Waco, and Wichita.
Is there a minimum age limit to purchase a Topgolf Membership?
Yes, you must be 18 years old or older to purchase a Topgolf Membership.
