TOPGOLF LAS VEGAS "SUNDAY YOGA MOTHER’S DAY" SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor. TopGolf USA Las Vegas, LLC, 4627 Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. The Sunday Yoga Mother’s Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Because the prize includes alcoholic beverages, entrants under 21 are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am Pacific Time on April 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm Pacific Time on May 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official @topgolflasvegas Instagram account, locate the post designated as the Sweepstakes entry post (the “Entry Post”), follow @topgolflasvegas, and post a comment on the Entry Post tagging your mother or mother figure using the “@” handle of her Instagram account. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of tags or comments posted. Entrants must have a valid public Instagram account to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete, do not adhere to these Official Rules, or are submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about May 7, 2026, and the potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from @topgolflasvegas on or about the same date. If the potential winner cannot be reached within twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification attempt, fails to respond, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a Sunday Yoga experience at Topgolf Las Vegas (4627 Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109) on May 10, 2026, consisting of: (i) two (2) passes to the 8:00am–9:00am Sunday Yoga class; (ii) one (1) private bay; (iii) a $100 food and beverage credit; (iv) one (1) juice and one (1) mimosa per person (two (2) of each total); and (v) one (1) pool cabana.

7. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. General Release. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, Instagram handle, city/state of residence, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

10. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://topgolf.com/us/company/privacy-policy/.

11. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

12. Instagram/Meta Disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

13. Governing Law. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
