After completing these steps, you will then receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”) (see Rule #6(a) for Candidate Draw details). If you have received an Entry through the Alternate Method of Entry described in Rule #4, you are not eligible to receive an Entry under this Rule #3. After completing these steps, you will then receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”) (see Rule #6(a) for draw details). If you have received an Entry through the in-person entry method described in Rule #3, you are not eligible to receive an Entry under this Rule #4. All Entries must be received by September 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT.

All Entries become property of the Sweepstakes Sponsor and will not be returned.
5) LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES:
Limit: There is a maximum of one (1) Entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
Entrants may not enter with or register multiple email addresses nor may Entrants use any other device or artifice to enter as multiple Entrants. If it is discovered that you have attempted to submit more than one (1) Entry using multiple identities or email addresses, all of your Entries will be declared null and void, and you will be ineligible to receive a Candidate Prize or otherwise proceed in the Qualifier. Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entries that do not meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules may not be acknowledged, may be automatically disqualified, and may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and any further participation in the Qualifier, in the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Sponsor.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be deemed to have been made by the Authorized Account Holder (as defined below) of the email address submitted at the time of registration. The term “Authorized Account Holder” for the purposes of these Official Rules is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the registered email address. Each Entrant may be required to show proof of being an Authorized Account Holder.
6) CANDIDATE DRAW AND EVALUATION PHASE:
(a.) Candidate Draw
On or about September 29, 2026, an independent judging organization (the “Sweepstakes Judges”) will randomly draw one hundred (100) Entries from among all eligible Entries received. The Entrants associated with those Entries will be potential Candidates (each, a “Potential Candidate”). The odds of being selected as a Potential Candidate depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Potential Candidate will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. A Potential Candidate who is verified and accepts the Candidate Prize described in Rule #7(a) will become a “Candidate” for purposes of these Official Rules. If fewer than one hundred (100) Potential Candidates are verified and accept a Candidate Prize, no alternate Potential Candidates will be selected, and the Evaluation Phase will proceed with the Candidates who timely satisfy the requirements of Rule #6(b).
(b.) Evaluation Phase / Determination of Selected Qualifiers:
Each Candidate who wishes to be considered for selection as a Selected Qualifier must complete and submit a player biography questionnaire (the “Questionnaire”) and a video response of no more than ninety (90) seconds (the “Video” and, together with the Questionnaire, the “Player Bio”) in accordance with the instructions provided by Taco Bell or its designee. The Video must consist of the Candidate speaking directly to camera in response to “In 90 seconds or less, tell us why you should be selected to play in the Live Más Open. Be yourself and show off your personality, love for Taco Bell, and interest in golf!”. The Player Bio must be submitted through Typeform link provided no later than October 3, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT. The Video must be recorded in Typeform or submitted in MP4 file format and may not exceed 500 MB. Taco Bell’s or its designee’s system will be the official time-keeping device for the Evaluation Phase. Completion and timely submission of the Player Bio is required to be considered for selection as a Selected Qualifier but will not affect the Candidate Prize already awarded.
(c.) Player Bio Requirements:
The Video must feature only the Candidate speaking directly to camera. The Candidate represents that they own or have all rights necessary to submit the Player Bio and grant the limited rights described below. The Video may not include background music or other third-party content for which the Candidate does not have all necessary rights and may not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening or materially dangerous, or that infringes any third party’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights. The Candidate represents and warrants that all factual information provided in the Candidate’s Player Bio is truthful, accurate and complete. Player Bios that are incomplete, untimely, exceed the permitted Video length, fail to comply with the applicable requirements, or cannot be accessed or reviewed may be disqualified from the Evaluation Phase. Taco Bell and its designees are not responsible for failed, incomplete, corrupted, late or misdirected uploads or other technical failures affecting the receipt or review of a Player Bio.
(d.) By submitting a Player Bio, the Candidate grants Taco Bell, and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to access, reproduce, review, use, distribute, publicly display, and publish the Player Bio (including the Video and the Candidate’s name, likeness, voice, and statements contained therein), in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or later developed, for purposes of administering and judging the Evaluation Phase and conducting the related eligibility and verification process. The Candidate represents and warrants that they own or control all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all claims arising out of the permitted uses of the Player Bio described above.
class="mb-0">(e.) On October 7, 2026, Taco Bell will review all timely and eligible Player Bios and select nine (9) potential Selected Qualifiers (each, a “Potential Selected Qualifier”), as well as ranked alternates, based on the following equally weighted criteria, each of which will account in equal parts of the total judging score: (i) authenticity and enthusiasm for Taco Bell and the Live Más Open; (ii) personality and on-camera presence; (iii) creativity and persuasiveness of the Video response; and (iv) demonstrated interest in and familiarity with golf, as reflected in the Player Bio. In the event of a tie in the total judging score, the tie will be resolved based on the higher score for criterion (i), then criterion (ii), then criterion (iii), and then criterion (iv), in that order, as necessary. Neither a Candidate’s method of Sweepstakes entry nor any score achieved in the Shot Shuffle game will be considered in the Evaluation Phase. Potential Selected Qualifiers will remain subject to verification of eligibility and the background-check process described in Rule #8. A Potential Selected Qualifier who successfully completes the required verification process will become a “Selected Qualifier” and receive the Selected Qualifier Award described in Rule #7(b). If a Potential Selected Qualifier is disqualified or fails verification, Taco Bell may consider the next-ranked alternate, who will be subject to the same verification requirements. Selected Qualifiers will not be selected by random drawing.

(a.) Candidate Prizes (100 available): Each Candidate will receive one (1) 1-month Topgolf Platinum Club Membership* (each, a “Candidate Prize”).

The Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Candidate Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, and Taco Bell reserves the right to substitute a Selected Qualifier Award (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, in each case in its sole discretion.
All federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the receipt and use of a Candidate Prize or Selected Qualifier Award not specified herein as being provided are the responsibility of the applicable Candidate or Selected Qualifier, regardless of whether the Candidate Prize or Selected Qualifier Award is used in whole or in part. 8) NOTIFICATION, VERIFICATION AND AWARD FULFILLMENT:
Potential Candidates will be contacted by the Sweepstakes Sponsor or its representatives by email and/or phone using the contact information provided with the applicable Entry and will receive instructions regarding verification and acceptance of the Candidate Prize. Potential Selected Qualifiers will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a W-9 form, and, where lawful, a publicity release, within three (3) business days from the time such materials are marked as having been sent by Taco Bell or its representative; otherwise, eligibility to become a Selected Qualifier and receive the Selected Qualifier Award may be forfeited and the next-ranked alternate may be considered in accordance with Rule #6(e). Selected Qualifiers may also be required to execute and return customary appearance, production, participation and/or other releases or agreements in connection with their participation in and the filming, recording and exploitation of the Taco Bell Live Más Open Tournament, as requested by Taco Bell or its designee.
Background Check / Social Media Review: Taco Bell and/or its designee may review publicly available social-media content of Candidates who submit a Player Bio as part of the Evaluation Phase eligibility and suitability verification process. In addition, subject to applicable law and any additional notice or authorization required by applicable law, Taco Bell and/or its designee may conduct a confidential background check on the nine (9) individuals selected as Potential Selected Qualifiers and, as necessary, ranked alternates, to confirm eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and suitability to participate safely and lawfully in the Taco Bell Live Más Open Tournament. If the social-media review reveals information that renders a Candidate ineligible under these Official Rules or that Taco Bell reasonably determines presents a material safety, legal, or reputational risk in connection with participation in the Tournament, that individual may be removed from further consideration in the Evaluation Phase. If a background check reveals such information with respect to a Potential Selected Qualifier or ranked alternate, that individual may be disqualified and the next-ranked alternate may be considered in accordance with Rule #6(e). Information obtained in connection with any such review will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with applicable law and Taco Bell’s Privacy Policy at https://privacy.tacobell.com/policies. Individuals subject to a background check may be required to execute any additional disclosures, authorizations or consents required by applicable law.
If any Potential Candidate or Potential Selected Qualifier is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the applicable Candidate Prize or Selected Qualifier Award, fails to timely complete and return any required documents, or if the Sweepstakes Sponsor, Taco Bell, or their representative, as applicable, is unable to contact the applicable individual within three (3) attempts over three (3) business days, or if an applicable notification or Candidate Prize is returned undeliverable, the applicable Candidate Prize or eligibility to become a Selected Qualifier or receive the Selected Qualifier Award may be forfeited, as applicable. A Potential Selected Qualifier may also be disqualified for failing or refusing to cooperate reasonably with any required background check and/or publicly available social-media review. Unclaimed Candidate Prizes will not be re-awarded. If a Potential Selected Qualifier is disqualified or a Selected Qualifier Award is forfeited, Taco Bell may consider the next-ranked alternate in accordance with Rule #6(e). Potential Candidates and Potential Selected Qualifiers may be required to furnish proof of identification.
Allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery of the Candidate Prize following verification. Selected Qualifier verification and Selected Qualifier Award fulfillment will occur on the schedule communicated to Potential Selected Qualifiers in light of the date-specific travel and Tournament requirements. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays providing a Candidate Prize or Selected Qualifier Award for any reason outside of their control. Candidate Prizes and Selected Qualifier Awards will only be provided to verified recipients. The Sweepstakes Sponsor and Taco Bell, as applicable, are not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number provided to them.
By accepting a Candidate Prize or Selected Qualifier Award, each Candidate or Selected Qualifier, as applicable, agrees and consents to the use of their name, address (city and state of residence), voice, and statements relating to the Qualifier (including the Tournament), and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Taco Bell and its authorized designees in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, including the internet, without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law. In the case of a Selected Qualifier, this may include photographs, recordings or other content captured before or during the Tournament. Selected Qualifiers may also be required to execute and return customary appearance, production, participation and/or other releases or agreements in connection with their participation in and the filming, recording and exploitation of the Tournament, as requested by Taco Bell or its designee.
