What is the cost of the Topgolf PlayMore Membership? The Topgolf PlayMore Membership is $20 per month, plus applicable taxes.

How do I sign up to become a Topgolf PlayMore Member? You can sign up online at topgolf.com/Memberships or through the Topgolf App.

What benefits do I get as a member? Topgolf PlayMore Members score a free hour of game play monthly – any day, any time – plus a free appetizer (as described in the Benefits section below) EVERY time you visit (limit one per bay per visit).

Can I bring guests with me? Yes! Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership covers you plus up to five guests every time you visit. It’s perfect for group outings, family fun or hanging out with friends.

Is there a minimum commitment? Yes, there is a three-month minimum commitment for our monthly membership option. You can adjust your membership once that period is complete. All six-month and twelve-month prepurchase memberships are non-refundable.

How do I redeem my free hour of game play each month? Your free hour of game play is automatically added to your account each month. Just log on to the Topgolf App, choose your preferred day and time then make your reservation. During checkout, you’ll see the option to redeem your free hour - just select it and you’re good to go.

Do I need a reservation to redeem my free hour of game play? Yes, to redeem your monthly free hour of game play you’ll need a reservation. It is easy to book through the Topgolf App.

Can I walk in to redeem my free hour of game play at the venue?

No, advance booking through the Topgolf App is required. Our venue team cannot make reservations on your behalf.

Can I book online on the topgolf.com website to claim my free hour of game play? No, your free hour of game play is only redeemable when you book through the Topgolf App.

Can I share my Topgolf PlayMore Membership with someone else? Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership is just for you. It’s not transferable and can’t be shared. But as a Topgolf PlayMore Member you can bring up to five guests every single visit, as long as you’re present. It’s the perfect way to share the perks.

How many free appetizers do Topgolf PlayMore Members receive? Topgolf PlayMore Members receive one free appetizer every single visit, choose from a curated menu just for Topgolf PlayMore Members.

What appetizer options are included with my free benefit?

How do I redeem my free appetizer when I visit Topgolf? Once you check into your bay, simply show your digital Topgolf PlayMore Member Card (found in the Topgolf App under the Memberships tab) to your Bay Host. Then, order your favorite item from the Member App Menu - with your Bay Host. Your free app will be applied to your check.

If I order two appetizers, which one will be considered free? When you order more than one appetizer, your free app will be the one with the highest value - as long as it’s selected from the Member App Menu.

Can I apply the value of the free appetizer to another menu item? No, the free appetizer benefit is only valid for items from the Member App Menu. It cannot be applied as a credit toward entrees, meals or drinks.

Can I redeem my free appetizer without booking a bay, say at the bar? No, the free appetizer perk is only available to redeem when playing in a bay. It cannot be redeemed at the bar or in other areas of the venue.

How often do my benefits renew? Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership benefits will automatically renew every month - no action needed on your part.

Can I rollover my free hour of game play if I don’t use it? No, your free hour of game play must be used within the month it is issued. Benefits do not roll over and cannot be credited toward future visits. Be sure to redeem your free hour while it’s active to make the most of your Topgolf PlayMore Membership.

Can I give my free hour of game play to someone else? No, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership and its benefits are non-transferable. To redeem your free hour of game play, you must be present during the visit. You’re welcome to bring up to five guests with you each time, so you can share the experience, just not the Topgolf PlayMore Membership itself.

How soon after signing up can I begin to use my benefits? Same day! Once you sign up, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership perks become available shortly after. If you’re at one of our venues, just log into the Topgolf App and your digital Topgolf PlayMore Member Card will appear within moments. Show it to your Bay Host to redeem your free appetizer. You can also use the Topgolf App to reserve your free hour of game play—just follow the prompts. You must have a reservation to redeem your free hour of game play.

How can I check if I have a free hour of game play available? Simply log into the Topgolf App and go to the “Memberships” tab. Your digital Topgolf PlayMore Member Card will display whether your free hour is currently active, along with its expiration date or next renewal. It’s the easiest way to stay on top of your benefits.

If I register as a Topgolf Account holder and during that visit upgrade to a Topgolf PlayMore Membership, do I still have to pay the Topgolf Account Activation fee? No, as an added benefit, the Topgolf Account activation fee is waived for new Topgolf Account holders that sign up for a Topgolf PlayMore Membership. If you sign up as a Topgolf PlayMore Member during your visit, show your Bay Host your digital Topgolf PlayMore Member Card to waive the fee.

How do I redeem my free hour of game play if the only reservation options are for 90 or 120 minutes? You can still redeem your free hour of game play. The first 60 minutes will be free and any additional time will be charged at the standard rate based on the day and time you selected.

Can I still visit after using my free hour of game play benefit? Yes! Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership keeps giving, every visit. Game play will be charged at the standard rate based on the day and time of your visit, but you’ll still enjoy your free appetizer every single visit.

I signed up for the Topgolf PlayMore Membership after making a reservation - can my free hour of game play apply to it? Unfortunately, your free hour benefit cannot be applied retroactively to an existing reservation. To use your free hour for an upcoming visit, you’ll need to cancel your current reservation and book a new one.

My friends and I are Topgolf PlayMore Members, can we combine our benefits if playing in the same bay? No, Topgolf PlayMore Membership benefits are limited to a single membership per bay per visit. If multiple Topgolf PlayMore Members are playing together, benefits like the free appetizer or game play hour cannot be combined.

Can I have a Topgolf PlayMore and a Platinum Membership at the same time? No, Topgolf members can only have one active membership at a time.

Where can I use my Topgolf PlayMore Membership? Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership gives you access to every one of our Topgolf U.S. venues.

If I book two bays, can I use my benefits for both? You can always book multiple bays, – however, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership benefits only apply to one bay per visit.

What days and times can I redeem the free hour of play benefit? You can redeem your free hour of game play any day, at any time we’re open and reservations are available. Please note your free hour of game play may not be available on days the venue is closed (such as certain holidays), during private events, or when no reservations are available. If there are no 60-minute reservations available, you’re able to apply your free hour to 90 minute or 120 minute reservations and pay the difference.

How often will I be billed? If you have purchased monthly, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership will be billed monthly – or you can pre-pay for six or twelve months if you’d rather lock in the fun upfront.

What day of the month will I be billed? After the month of your initial Topgolf PlayMore Membership purchase, your billing date generally occurs one day before your membership renewal date. For example, if you join on the 15th, your membership will renew on the 15th and be billed on the 14th each month. Your billing date may vary. For example, if you joined on the 1st, you may be billed on the 30th or 31st, depending on the month.

Does the monthly subscription Topgolf PlayMore Membership cost include taxes? No taxes are not included in our monthly, or prepurchase membership options. Applicable taxes, including sales tax, will be added at checkout based on your billing address.

Can I apply my free hour of game play to a reservation for next month before my renewal? You can book ahead anytime, but to use your free hour of game play benefit the reservation must be made on or after your renewal date. This ensures your benefit is active and eligible for use.

What if I have a reservation booked with my free hour of game play and I cancel my Topgolf PlayMore Membership before that date? No worries, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership remains active through the end of your current billing cycle. If your reservation date falls before your membership expires, your free hour of game play will still be honored.

How do I manage my account? You can manage everything about your Topgolf PlayMore Membership right from the Topgolf App. Log in and navigate to the Memberships tab and select Manage Memberships.

What if I forget my login? No problem, just log into the app using your phone number and we will send you a secure code via text to verify your identity. If that doesn’t work, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your account.

9. How do I cancel my Topgolf PlayMore Membership? If you’d like to cancel your Topgolf PlayMore Membership before your next renewal, you can submit a cancellation request through the Topgolf App. Navigate to the Memberships tab, select Manage Memberships and select Cancel Membership. Alternatively, you can cancel by calling our Member Services team at 1-866-853-9020.

What happens if I cancel my monthly Topgolf PlayMore Membership within the three-month minimum term? You can cancel at any time, but your monthly Topgolf PlayMore Membership will remain active and you’ll continue to be charged monthly on your renewal date until the three-month minimum term is complete.

If I decide to cancel my Topgolf PlayMore Membership, when should I do it to avoid being charged again? To avoid being charged for another month, cancel at least three five business days before your renewal date. If you do not timely cancel your Topgolf PlayMore Membership, a refund will not be issued, but you’ll retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current term.

Is the Topgolf PlayMore Membership transferable? No, your Topgolf PlayMore Membership and its benefits are non-transferable.

Can I gift a Topgolf PlayMore Membership? Not at this time. Topgolf PlayMore Memberships must be purchased and verified by the individual user, so gifting is not currently supported.

Can I pre-pay for more than a month at a time? Yes! The Topgolf PayMore Membership includes a six-month and twelve-month prepay purchase option

Can I buy more than one Topgolf PlayMore Membership to receive multiple free hours each month? No, Topgolf PlayMore Memberships are limited to one per person and benefits (including the free hour of game play) cannot be stacked. If a family member would also like to be a Topgolf PlayMore Member, they must purchase their own Topgolf PlayMore Membership. However, only one set of benefits can be applied per bay at a time.

Can I combine a promotional offer with my Topgolf PlayMore Membership benefits? No, Topgolf PlayMore Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Additional discounts do not apply when using membership benefits.

What happens after I meet the three-month minimum term? Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership will simply continue month-to-month, with no action required on your part. You’ll keep enjoying your Topgolf PlayMore Member benefits, and you will automatically be billed each month.

How can I make changes to my payment method on file? Your Topgolf PlayMore Membership can be managed in the Topgolf App. To change your payment method, navigate to the Memberships tab, select Manage Memberships and update your credit card information.

Can I pay with a Topgolf Gift Card? You can use a Topgolf Gift Card for your initial PlayMore Membership purchase. Just note that you’ll still need to add a credit card for future renewals after your initial term.

How can I find the Topgolf App to download? Download the Topgolf App on the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play.

Is the Topgolf PlayMore Membership refundable? No, the Topgolf PlayMore Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable and credits and refunds are not issued once payment is processed.

Is the monthly price I signed up for locked in until I cancel? No, pricing is subject to change, and Topgolf reserves the right to revise Topgolf PlayMore Membership rates and benefits at any time. If any updates occur, you’ll receive advanced notice before changes take effect.
