Three Plus Bay Event and Youth Party Terms and Conditions
- Event Confirmation and Charges.
- Your event is not confirmed until a non-refundable 50% deposit has been paid. The deposit amount is based on your total event cost, which includes a service charge, an administrative fee and all applicable taxes.
- Your remaining balance is due the day of your event.
- Any additional charges and discretionary gratuity are due at the conclusion of your event.
- Guest Count.
- No more than 8 event guests are permitted per bay, and each bay permits a maximum of 6 Topgolf game players. Excludes certain venues – check with your venue to confirm.
- All events must be supervised by at least 1 adult for every 6 children at all times.
- Food & Beverage.
- Only food and beverage purchased at Topgolf may be consumed on site. No outside food or beverage is allowed, except for store-bought cakes, which must be in a sealed container with the ingredients clearly labeled.
- Catered food and beverage cannot be packaged “to-go” and must be consumed on-site.
- Cancellation.
- Within 7 Days of Your Event.
- 100% of amounts paid will be forfeited, and you will not receive a refund.
- 8 or More Days from Your Event.
- Your deposit will be forfeited. Any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you need to cancel your event, call the Event Sales Team at the event venue or email EventOnlineBooking@topgolf.com.
- Reschedule.
- Within 7 Days of Your Event.
- 100% of amounts paid will be forfeited, and you will not receive any credit.
- 8 to 29 Days from Your Event.
- 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. You will receive an event credit equal to the remaining 50% of your deposit amount.
- 30 Days or More from Your Event.
- You will receive an event credit equal to 100% of your deposit amount.
