1) SPONSOR Topgolf Dr Pepper College Football Playoff Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is administered and sponsored by Topgolf Media, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2) AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants (as defined below) agree to be bound by the following general conditions (“Official Rules”) and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3) SWEEPSTAKES DATES The Sweepstakes starts on November 1, 2025, and ends on November 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is subject to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4) ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt or suspected attempt to submit entries by using multiple e-mail addresses or social media accounts, or any use of robotic, bot, automatic, programmed, or any entry methods not authorized by these rules shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries.

5) WHO CAN ENTER The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) excluding residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and where prohibited by law, who have reached the age of 18 at the time they enter the Sweepstakes. Employees, agents and representatives of Topgolf (Sponsor), Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc. (Prize Provider) and/or their respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies, controlling corporations, advertising or promotion agencies, sponsors, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to the Sweepstakes, or any other person directly associated with the organization of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as members of their immediate families (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common law spouse, and any persons residing with these employees, representatives and agents are not eligible to participate.

6) HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. You must book during the Sweepstakes Period and in advance of your visit the 2-Bay Tailgate Bundle Package for any Topgolf venue in the United States participating in the Sweepstakes (each a “Participating Topgolf Venue” or collectively the “Participating Topgolf Venues”) for a booking date during the Sweepstakes Period and complete that gameplay reservation (“Game Play Entry”). Topgolf Las Vegas, Topgolf El Segundo, Topgolf Des Moines, and Topgolf Greensboro are not Participating Topgolf Venues, and any entries received for such venues will be null and void. You must consult with your applicable Participating Topgolf Venue for hours of operation, venue closures, and other details that may impact or otherwise apply to your Game Play Entry. Reservations that are booked but then cancelled, refunded, or missed will not be considered complete and will not result in you receiving a Game Play Entry. Reservations must be completed (i.e., gameplay must be played) during the Sweepstakes Period and booked during the Sweepstakes Period. Reservations booked during the Sweepstakes Period but completed outside of the Sweepstakes Period are ineligible for the Sweepstakes. The contact information utilized to book the Topgolf reservation will be used by Sponsor to contact you if you are selected as the winner of the Sweepstakes.

B. To enter without purchase, you must visit the common area at a Participating Topgolf Venue and scan the Quick Response (“QR”) code on the displayed digital posters to provide your complete and accurate contact information (first name, last name, phone number, email address, state of residence, ZIP code and date of birth) as well as confirming that you have read and accept these Official Rules. After completing these steps, you will then receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (a “QR Entry”). Notably, a QR Entry can also be submitted from (i) a QR code on the displayed digital posters in the bays in the Participating Topgolf Venues; (ii) a hyperlink available on the Topgolf app; or (iii) a hyperlink distributed via email. The contact information submitted will be used by Sponsor to contact you if you are selected as the winner of the Sweepstakes.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that you have read and understand these Official Rules. All entrants who have duly completed and submitted a Game Play Entry or QR Entry (an “Entry” or “Entries”) will be referred to collectively as the “Entrants” or individually as an “Entrant”. Entries will not be acknowledged by Sponsor.

For the purpose of these Official Rules, the Entrant is the person who is indicated as the contact person for an Entry. Potential winners may be required to show proof of identity. Entries made by bots, other automated devices, commercial Sweepstakes subscription, entering services, or any other unauthorized means are ineligible.

All Entries are subject to audit by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, early, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected QR Entries, which will be disqualified. Entries submitted by script, macro, computerized or other mechanical means, or Entries which are not in compliance with or otherwise subvert the entry process may be declared void in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Entry form that is incomplete, fraudulent, copied, received late, discriminatory, defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or against good morals or prejudicial to Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, parent corporations, their employees, agents, representatives, directors and officers, its advertising and promotion agencies or any other person related in any manner whatsoever to Sponsor will automatically be rejected and will not be eligible. All Entries are property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period for any reason.

7) LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES: All entrants can enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time, regardless of the method of entry. Submitting the same Entry more than once does not increase the Entrant’s chances of winning. Subsequent prospective entries will be null and void.

8) PRIZES

One (1) Entrant will be selected (“Winner”) to receive: a trip for two (2) to the 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship (“Prize Trip”). Sponsor must receive the Winner’s Declaration form (as described further in Section 11) as a condition to receiving the Prize Trip.

*Terms and Conditions Applicable to Prize Trip: The potential Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions, will receive the Prize Trip. The Prize Trip will include the following for the Winner and one (1) travel companion: Round trip economy class airfare for 2, one hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel of the Prize Provider’s choosing in Miami, FL, Two (2) Tickets to the College Football Playoff National Championship Game at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens, FL on January 19, 2026, game day transportation, Tailgate Brunch, and ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Miami.

The Winner must travel for the Prize Trip on the dates specified by Sponsor and Prize Provider. If the Winner is unable to travel for the Prize Trip within the time period required, the Prize Trip will be forfeited. The Prize Trip must be scheduled at least six (6) weeks in advance of the start of the trip. Prize Provider or Prize Provider’s agent will coordinate trip details with Winner and may request additional information from Winner and the Winner’s selected guest in order to coordinate travel. The date, location and other details relating to the trip are at Prize Provider’s and/or Sponsor’s discretion, and subject to availability. The Winner and travel companion must obey all local laws in regard to lodging restrictions. All charges incurred in connection with the use of the Prize Trip are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to; ground transportation, baggage fees, meals, personal charges at lodging, telecommunication charges, security fees, taxes, purchases made throughout the Prize Trip, gratuities, or other expenses or incidentals are not included and are the responsibility solely of the Winner. Both the Winner and the travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to travel. The Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining documents necessary for their respective travel. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.

Neither Sponsor nor Prize Provider is responsible if any portion of the Prize Trip is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which that portion of the Prize Trip will be forfeited in its entirety, and no substitution will be provided except as in Prize Provider’s sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made or substituted. The Prize Trip is provided by Prize Provider and will be coordinated and finalized solely by Prize Provider. The Winner acknowledges that Prize Provider, and not Sponsor, is providing the Prize Trip and may assign a third party to coordinate the details and bookings related to the Prize Trip to a third party.

Winner’s selected travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where Entrant resides, whichever is older, as of the date of the Prize Trip. Neither Sponsor nor Prize Provider will replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, as applicable. Winner and travel companion agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules and policies of Sponsor, Prize Provider, and any of the entertainment venues (e.g., Hard Rock Stadium), lodging, and airlines.

There is one (1) Prize Trip available, and such Prize Trip has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $7900; The Prize Trip is not redeemable for cash. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Prize Trip is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize Trip or Prize Trip component with another of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. The Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize Trip receipt and/or use.

9) CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PRIZE GENERALLY

The following conditions apply to the Prize Trip:

1) Unless explicitly included in the Prize Trip description above, all costs, charges or expenses, meals and beverages, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner.

2) If the Prize Trip or any part of the Prize Trip is not used, no compensation will be awarded to the Winner;

3) The Prize Trip cannot be accepted by the Winner in whole or in part. If any part of the Prize Trip is refused, the Winner shall not be entitled to claim any part of the Prize Trip that he/she has refused and Sponsor and Prize Provider shall be released of any obligations pertaining to such refused part of the Prize Trip;

4) All federal, state or local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner and/or his/her guests;

5) No Prize Trip substitution or cash redemption allowed by the Winner. The Prize Trip is not transferable. Prize Trip can only be used by the Winner and cannot be assigned, given, or transferred to anyone else. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion;

6) Winner may contact a Sponsor employee at a Participating Topgolf Venue with questions or concerns relating to the Prize Trip or the use of the Prize Trip.

10) RANDOM DRAW, WINNER NOTIFICATION AND SELECTION OF ALTERNATE WINNER

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The Winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

The selected Entrant will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The selected Entrant will be notified by phone or email within ten (10) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. In the event the selected Entrant:

1) is unreachable within seventy-two (72) hours following first attempted contact;
2) does not or cannot reply within seventy-two (72) hours of being notified; or or
3) fails to comply with all the conditions of these Official Rules;

Such selected Entrant will forfeit the Prize Trip. The forfeited Prize Trip may be awarded to an alternate winner received from all remaining eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes (the “Alternate Winner”). Any Alternate Winner will be chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

11) WINNER QUALIFICATION

In order to be declared Winner, the Entrant selected pursuant to Section 10 above must meet the following conditions:

1) Compliance with these Official Rules and conditions for eligibility;
2) Complete and return to Sponsor an affidavit or other document of eligibility, liability/publicity release and compliance with the Official Rules, confirming his/her compliance with the Official Rules, and releasing Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies, controlling corporations, employees, agents, representatives, administrators and officers, advertising or promotion agencies, sponsors, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to the Sweepstakes, or any other person directly associated with the holding of the Sweepstakes from all liability, and except where prohibited by law, permitting Sponsor, and its representatives to use the selected Entrant’s name, photographs, likeness, statement concerning the prize, place of residence, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Sponsor, and for any required disclosures without selected Entrant’s consent (“Winner’s Declaration Form”). Winner’s travel companion may also be required to execute similar documentation. The Entrant who wins must sign and return the Winner’s Declaration Form to Topgolf within three (3) days of receipt of the form in order to receive the Prize Trip.

Failure of the selected Entrant to meet any of the above-mentioned conditions will result in the selected Entrant’s automatic disqualification and loss of entitlement to his/her Prize Trip. In such event, Sponsor shall have the right to select another Entrant as described in Section 10 until the Alternate Winner has been determined and qualifies.

12) RELEASES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, PRIZE PROVIDER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, CONTROLLING CORPORATIONS, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, CO-SPONSORS, SUPPLIERS OF MATERIALS, PRIZES AND SERVICES RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY OTHER PERSON DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE HOLDING OF THE SWEEPSTAKES (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT RESULT FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR FROM ENTRY OR ATTEMPTED ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES. THE RELEASED PARTIES ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR LOST OR MISDIRECTED ENTRIES, WHETHER DUE TO TECHNICAL OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS OR OTHERWISE OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, FRAUD, OR OTHER ERRORS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO CANCEL, TERMINATE OR SUSPEND THE SWEEPSTAKES IN ITS ENTIRETY, IN THE EVENT THAT THE WEBSITE IS INFECTED BY A VIRUS, A SOFTWARE BUG, THE WEBSITE IS HACKED, UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION OCCURS OR THE INTEGRITY, ADMINISTRATION, IMPARTIALITY OR NORMAL OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS COMPROMISED IN ANY WAY. IF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE STATED ABOVE, WINNER WILL BE DETERMINED VIA RANDOM DRAWING FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE AND COMPLIANT ENTRIES RECEIVED UP TO THE TIME OF CANCELLATION. THE WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13) PERSONAL INFORMATION RETENTION RULES FOR SWEEPSTAKES

When entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that their personal information collected by Sponsor (“Personal Information”) shall be used in accordance with applicable laws in order for Sponsor or its agent to contact the Entrants for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, the Entrant consents that Sponsor may use Entrant’s name, mailing address, and email address for the purposes of managing Entrant’s participation. Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Winner’s name may be included in a publicly available winners list. At any time, you may revoke your consent and exercise your rights of objection, access, rectification and cancellation by addressing your notice to privacytg@topgolf.com.

14) PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Winner grants to Sponsor, and its representatives, affiliates, licensees and assigns, the right and permission to record, film, videotape and photograph the Winner (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, re-use, reproduce, publish, display, exhibit, distribute, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, address, voice, conversation, biographical and Prize Trip information and any other attributes of Winner, individually or with others, in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, publicity, promotion, or a Sweepstakes winner list or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

15) REQUESTS FOR OFFICIAL RULES AND INFORMATION

16) DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards against one or more of the Releasees shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees (or other professionals’ fees); and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim and/or seek indirect, punitive, incidental, special and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Each Entrant must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the email account or mobile telephone account associated with the Entrant’s submitted email address and/or mobile telephone number (if provided). If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account or mobile telephone account provided, as applicable. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is (i) assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address; or (ii) assigned to a mobile telephone number by a wireless carrier or other entity responsible for assigning that mobile telephone number. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder associated with a winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

17) GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. By entering (or participating in any Sweepstakes-related activity), Entrants (and others) agree that all proceedings shall exclusively take place in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas or Texas State Court located in Dallas, Texas.
