TOPGOLF EVENTS SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1) SPONSOR Topgolf Events Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is administered and sponsored by Topgolf Media, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2) AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants (as defined below) agree to be bound by the following general conditions (“Official Rules”) and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3) SWEEPSTAKES DATES The Sweepstakes runs from January 29, 2026, and ends on March 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”) and is subject to the Official Rules. Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4) ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt or suspected attempt to submit entries by using multiple e-mail addresses or social media accounts, or any use of robotic, bot, automatic, programmed, or any entry methods not authorized by these Official Rules shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries.

5) WHO CAN ENTER The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States, or Washington D.C., excluding residents of New York (and excluding residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Island and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law) who have reached the age of 18 at the time they enter the Sweepstakes. Employees, agents and representatives of Topgolf, and/or of any of Topgolf’s respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies, controlling corporations, advertising or promotion agencies, sponsors, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to the Sweepstakes, or any other person directly associated with the organization of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common law spouse, and any persons residing with these employees, representatives and agents are not eligible to participate.

6) HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. BOOKING METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter with a booking, you must book a Topgolf event at any Topgolf venue (each a “Venue” or collectively the “Venues“) during the Sweepstakes Period. In order to qualify, the event booking must result in an executed contract with a paid deposit. The event must be executed at any time on or before December 31, 2026. One (1) entry will be received for every five hundred ($500.00) dollars spent on the contracted event (each a “Booking Entry” or collectively the “Booking Entries”). Entry dollar amount is based on the contracted net amount the day as of the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. Entry dollar amount is based on contracted net amount excluding taxes, gratuity, service fee and day of event add-ons. The contracted event must include at least thirteen (13) people and require at least three (3) bays. Events can be booked online or by contacting the Venue. You must consult with the applicable Venue for hours of operation, Venue closures, and other details that may impact or otherwise apply to your Booking Entry.

Walk-in bookings and other reservations or bookings that do not meet the aforementioned requirements are not eligible. Events that are booked but then cancelled, refunded, or missed within the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered complete and will not result in you receiving any Booking Entries. Eventss booked outside of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible. Events must be booked during the Sweepstakes Period, but can be completed after the Sweepstakes Period. Events booked during the Sweepstakes Period but executed after December 31, 2026 are not eligible.

You agree to Topgolf’s Terms and Conditions by submitting a Booking Entry. Event payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, contact the Venue or email EventOnlineBooking@Topgolf.com. Events are subject to the following cancellation/rescheduling terms:

This cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of the weather on the day of the scheduled event as Topgolf can be played regardless of the weather conditions, except for any force majeure event.

The contact information utilized to book the Topgolf event will be used by Sponsor to contact you if you are selected as the winner of the Sweepstakes.

B. MAIL-IN ENTRY: To enter without purchase or without visiting a Topgolf location, you may enter by mail (“Mail-In Entry”). On a hand-addressed 4”x6” postcard, print by hand, in block letters the following information: first name, last name, phone number, residential address, email address, and date of birth. The postcard must be mailed to:

All Mail-in Entries must be individually sent in separate envelopes with sufficient postage and received by Sponsor no later than 11:59 P.M. CT at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Upon receipt of an eligible Mail-In Entry during the Sweepstakes Period, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Mail-In Entries that are incorrectly addressed, unclear or illegible, received before or after the Sweepstakes Period, or otherwise do not comply with the requirements of these Official Rules will be ineligible for prize redemption. The contact information submitted with the Mail-In Entry will be used by Sponsor to contact you in the event you are selected as the winner of the Sweepstakes.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that you have read and understand these Official Rules. All participants who have duly completed and submitted a Booking Entry or Mail-In Entry (an “Entry” or “Entries”) will be referred to collectively as the “Entrants” or individually as an “Entrant”. Entries will not be acknowledged by Sponsor.

For the purpose of these Official Rules, the Entrant is the person who (i) contracts the event for a Booking Entry, or (ii) is indicated as the contact person for a Mail-In Entry. Potential winners may be required to show proof of identity. Entries made by bots, other automated devices, commercial Sweepstakes subscription, entering services, or any other unauthorized means are ineligible.

All Entries are subject to audit by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, early, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in Entries, which will be disqualified. Entries submitted by script, macro, computerized or other mechanical means, or entries which are not in compliance with or otherwise subvert the entry process may be declared void in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, copied, received late, discriminatory, defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or against good morals or prejudicial to Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, parent corporations, their employees, agents, representatives, directors and officers, its advertising and promotion agencies or any other person related in any manner whatsoever to Sponsor will automatically be rejected and will not be eligible. All Entries are property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period for any reason.

7) LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES: All participants can enter the Sweepstakes up to ten (10) times. Submitting more than ten (10) entries does not increase the Entrant’s chances of winning. Subsequent prospective entries will be null and void.

8) PRIZE

Prize available to be won: 2026 Honda CR-V TrailSport Hybrid (the “Vehicle” or the “Prize”). Prize will be awarded by Sponsor or one of Sponsor’s affiliates.

Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment; any upgrades and optional equipment are at the sole expense of the Winner. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. Color may be selected from the options available. Other than the manufacturer’s limited warranty, Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition.

Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license and insurance to claim Vehicle. Failure to show proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license and insurance may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner in Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner will be responsible for all title, license, insurance, and registration fees required in claiming the Vehicle, in addition to any applicable taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with Prize receipt, acceptance, delivery, and use. Winner is responsible for any costs and expenses not expressly provided by Sponsor as set forth herein.

Sponsor will provide Winner with instructions on how to obtain the Vehicle at a Honda dealership to be determined by Sponsor. Winner must take possession of vehicle within 30 days of notification that dealership has received vehicle. As a model year progresses, changes may occur in some of the specifications, features, optional equipment and pricing. The manufacturer reserves the right to make such changes. Optional equipment may vary by region. Delivery of the Vehicle to the dealership is subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer manufacturing, production and delivery schedules and in Sponsor’s discretion.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Sweepstakes Prize: USD $35,630.00.

The Prize is not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize or Prize component with another of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

9) CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PRIZE GENERALLY

The following conditions apply to the Prize:

1) Unless explicitly included in the Prize description above, all costs, fees, charges, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner.

2) If the Prize or any part of the Prize is not used, no compensation will be awarded to the Winner;

3) The Prize cannot be accepted by the Winner in whole or in part. If any Prize is refused, the Winner shall not be entitled to claim any part of the Prize that he/she has refused and Sponsor shall be released of any obligations pertaining to the Prize;

4) All federal, state or local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner;

5) No Prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by the Winner. The Prize is not transferable. Prize can only be used by the Winner and cannot be assigned, given, or transferred to anyone else. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion;

6) If Sponsor substitutes the Prize in its sole discretion, for whatever reason, Sponsor may award an event credit and/or gift card of comparable or greater value;

7) Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason outside of their control;

8) Prize will only be awarded to a verified Prize Winner. Any unclaimed Prize will not be awarded;

9) Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of Entrants.

10) RANDOM DRAW, WINNER NOTIFICATION AND SELECTION OF ALTERNATE WINNER

The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. All winners will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

The selected Entrant will be notified by phone or email within ten (10) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. In the event the selected Entrant:

1) is unreachable within seventy-two (72) hours following first attempted contact;
2) does not or cannot reply within seventy-two (72) hours of being notified; or
3) cannot accept the Prize; or
4) fails to comply with all the conditions of these Official Rules;

such selected Entrant will forfeit the Prize. The forfeited Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner received from all remaining eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes (the “Alternate Winner”). Any Alternate Winners will be chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If needed, Sponsor will select up to two (2) potential Alternate Winners. If both potential Alternate Winners fail to claim the Prize, the Prize shall remain unawarded.

11) WINNER QUALIFICATION

In order to be declared Winner, the Entrant selected pursuant to Section 10 above must meet the following conditions:

1) Compliance with these Official Rules and conditions for eligibility;
2) Complete and return to Sponsor, within three (3) days of receipt, an affidavit or other document of eligibility, liability/publicity release and compliance with the Official Rules, confirming his/her compliance with the Official Rules, and releasing Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies, controlling corporations, employees, agents, representatives, administrators and officers, advertising or promotion agencies, sponsors, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to the Sweepstakes, or any other person directly associated with the holding of the Sweepstakes from all liability, and except where prohibited by law, permitting Sponsor, and its representatives to use the selected Entrant’s name, photographs, likeness, statement concerning the prize, place of residence, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Sponsor, and for any required disclosures without selected Entrant’s consent (“Winner’s Declaration Form”);
3) Provide any documentation requested by Sponsor necessary to effectuate the awarding, transfer, and delivery of the Vehicle;
4) If the Prize is won by an entrant who is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence (“Minor”), the Prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian of such Minor; the parent or guardian must sign and return all required documentation outlined herein and otherwise comply with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Potential Winners (or parent/legal guardian where applicable) may be required to furnish proof of identification.

Failure of the selected Entrant to meet any of the above-mentioned conditions will result in the selected Entrant’s automatic disqualification and loss of entitlement to his/her Prize. In such event, Sponsor shall have the right to select another Entrant as described in Section 10.

12) RELEASES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES, ITS CONTROLLING CORPORATIONS, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, CO-SPONSORS, SUPPLIERS OF MATERIALS, PRIZES AND SERVICES RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY OTHER PERSON DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE HOLDING OF THE SWEEPSTAKES (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT RESULT FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR FROM ENTRY OR ATTEMPTED ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES. THE RELEASED PARTIES ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR LOST OR MISDIRECTED ENTRIES, WHETHER DUE TO TECHNICAL OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS OR OTHERWISE OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, FRAUD, OR OTHER ERRORS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO CANCEL, TERMINATE OR SUSPEND THE SWEEPSTAKES IN ITS ENTIRETY, IN THE EVENT THAT THE WEBSITE IS INFECTED BY A VIRUS, A SOFTWARE BUG, THE WEBSITE IS HACKED, UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION OCCURS OR THE INTEGRITY, ADMINISTRATION, IMPARTIALITY OR NORMAL OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS COMPROMISED IN ANY WAY. IF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE STATED ABOVE, WINNER WILL BE DETERMINED VIA RANDOM DRAWING FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE AND COMPLIANT ENTRIES RECEIVED UP TO THE TIME OF CANCELLATION. THE WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13) PERSONAL INFORMATION RETENTION RULES FOR SWEEPSTAKES

When entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that their personal information collected by Sponsor (“Personal Information”) shall be used in accordance with applicable laws in order for Sponsor or its agent to contact the Entrants for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, the Entrant consents that Sponsor may use Entrant’s name, mailing address, and email address for the purposes of managing Entrant’s participation. Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Winners’ names may be included in a publicly available winners list. At any time you may revoke your consent and exercise your rights of objection, access, rectification and cancellation by addressing your notice to privacytg@topgolf.com.

14) PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Winner grants to Sponsor, and its representatives, affiliates, licensees and assigns, the right and permission to record, film, videotape and photograph the Winner (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, re-use, reproduce, publish, display, exhibit, distribute, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, address, voice, conversation, biographical and Prize information and any other attributes of Winner, individually or with others, in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, publicity, promotion, or a Sweepstakes Winner List or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Select Submissions will be shared anonymously on social media and the web. Winner information will not be shared publicly, except as stated herein, and each Entrant will only be contacted to claim their prize if a winner. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant grants to Sponsor, and its representatives, affiliates, licensees and assigns, the right and permission to share its Submission anonymously, as stated herein.

15) REQUESTS FOR OFFICIAL RULES AND INFORMATION

16) DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards against one or more of the Releasees shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees (or other professionals’ fees); and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim and/or seek indirect, punitive, incidental, special and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Each Entrant must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the email account or mobile telephone account associated with the Entrant’s submitted email address and/or mobile telephone number (if provided). If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account or mobile telephone account provided, as applicable. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is (i) assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address; or (ii) assigned to a mobile telephone number by a wireless carrier or other entity responsible for assigning that mobile telephone number. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder associated with a winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

17) GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. By entering (or participating in any Sweepstakes-related activity), Entrants (and others) agree that all proceedings shall exclusively take place in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas or Texas State Court located in Dallas, Texas.
