From 10/28/2024 – 12/7/2024, Players that book a 1-bay reservation through the Topgolf app or website (not valid for walk-in) will have the opportunity to purchase a Holiday Play Pass that includes up to nine (9) reservations valid for single-bay 2-hour reservations. Holiday Play Pass must be purchased simultaneously when booking the initial 1-bay reservation. Holiday Play Pass reservations must be redeemed by December 30, 2024. Any Holiday Play Pass reservations which are not booked and used by December 30, 2024, shall be forfeited and any amounts paid towards the Holiday Play Pass will not be refunded – no refunds for unused Holiday Play Pass reservations. Holiday Play Pass reservations may be redeemed on Sunday – Friday from open to close of business, not valid for Saturday reservations. Holiday Play Pass reservations must be booked through the Topgolf app or website (not valid for walk-in). Only one (1) Holiday Play Pass reservation may be used per day, cannot use multiple Holiday Play Pass reservations on a single day. Holiday Play Pass reservations are not transferable and can only be used by the individual that originally purchased the Holiday Play Pass. Once a Holiday Play Pass reservation is booked, the reservation date/time may be rescheduled (must still be redeemed by December 30, 2024), but any reservations which are booked and not redeemed at the scheduled reservation time (i.e., “no show”) shall be forfeited and no refunds will be given. Price and participation vary. Valid only at participating U.S. Topgolf locations. Not valid at Topgolf Akron, Bryan, Burlingame, Des Moines, Greensboro, Las Vegas, Ridgeland, Lounge, Swing Suite or Toptracer Range locations. Excludes arcade games. Void where prohibited. The Holiday Play Pass is non-refundable once purchased and the original reservation is executed, even if any or all of the Holiday Play Pass reservations are unused.
